We stayed here for a week. It was just horrible. A long way to down town Rome, we spent alot of money on taxes. This hotel has there price set way to high for what you get. No glasses in the room for your drinks. The sheets were so stuff you could get a paper cut. Th beds were old... More

My family and I spent 5 nights here. The hotel is very modern. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully decorated. The lighting is very unusual and looks great, you just need to fiddle around to know which switch to turn on. The bathroom is very clean and roomy, so is the walk-in wardrobe. There is a restaurant and a... More

The Aran Mantegna hotel is a nice and clean hotel. I had a single king-bed room during a conference which was also held at the hotel premises. The room is spacious and has electric curtains which you can control while you are laying on the bed and watching TV. The bathroom is also spacious, clean, and well equipped. I've got... More

Room was comfortable and large. We slept well and the staff were very helpful. Although the location is little distance from the roman gates, you;ll be busing it anyways so as long as you don;t mind a little walking, it keeps you from all the frantic noise of the city. Close to ATM's/banks and restuarants. More

Spent two nights here as part of a Trafalgar tour group. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom with the frosted glass windows took some getting used to. The hotel mistakenly put my friend and me in a shared bed, but three rooms later we had our own comfy beds. No free wifi, it costs 8 Euros for one... More

It's a long way from any sight-seeing and the staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. All the comments about lights in the room and the glass panels / door in the bathroom are accurate. On the other hand, the room was very comfortable and spacious and clean so I give it good marks. The buffet breakfast was about what you'd... More

Poor location. This makes it hard to go out and explore. (I wonder if that is a deliberate strategy by Trafalgar tours to force customers to pay for the optional tours or just a budget constraint faced by Trafalgar?) Frosted glass on toilets and baths. As others pointed out, this is very poor privacy. Satisfactory beds. Breakfast was poor but... More

the hotel was along way out from the centre of the city, the room was clean but i have never seen so many lights in a hotel room. i thought i was in a saturday night fever disco club. there was a huge mirror which had lights to give it a 3d effect. there were mood lights in the ceiling... More

This hotel caters to different tour groups like trafalgar, brenden and etc. from the parking lot you can seet 4-5 buses outside. We stayed here part of the trafalgar tour. we were 3 in the room. First, the bed configuration they gave us was 2 horizontal bed and one vertical bed at the foot area of the 2 horizontal bed.... More

The hotel room was satisfactory. However, the bathroom may be an issue to some people. In our room, the toilet and bathtub were in a separate compartment. The compartment wall is a frosted glass. It's not very private and movements can be observed. The hotel is part of a chain (Aran). This hotel seems to cater to escorted tours. We... More
