Nice modern hotel. Weird lighting in the rooms - the teens liked it but they suspected the mirror of being 2-way (LOL). The pool and fitness area was not open/finished. There was not much in the area and it was run down in appearance. We went out and took a right out of the parking area (wrong way I guess)... more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in June, 2009 as part of our Trafalgar tour. There are multiple Aran hotels so we had to be sure to remember that we were at the Mantegna one. The room was very modern, with unusual lighting - of course that was the first thing we checked out. There was a safe... more

this was one of the worst business hotels I have been to. It was new and clean with kooky lighting - but so what if you are sweating and can't iron your clothes? I would not stay here again. breakfast was mediocre at best. the staff was awful and very unhelpful. when i asked for a manager, they basically said... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during our Trafalgar/Brendan Best of Italy and Greece Trip. The hotel was pretty modern as far as amenities, the beds and rooms were comfortable, the staff was surprisingly friendly. The only issue I had is the A/C didn't seem to work right, but no big deal I opened the window and was... more

Stayed for two nights with a Trafalgar Tour. Modern and new, large rooms with interesting lighting. Heard others complain that it was not easy to get to the centre of Rome, but this didn't affect us as we were with a tour. Service good. Happy to recommend. more

Cool hotel. Like the zen like atmosphere- white walls, marble floors, few accents. They have real clean and undeniably large rooms. Beds are small though. The lighting in the rooms are wonderful except for the red lights which I find tacky and the lights in the big mirror in front of the bed. Tried their restaurant and food was good... more

This hotel is lovely and new and clean. Neutral colour and marble. No smoking smell, since the hotel built after the smoking ban. The hotel is good for people willing to experiment with public transportation, since you have to. Multiple buses go near, but not to, the hotel. They take about 30 minutes to get into Rome. One can walk... more

Stayed there while on a tour with Trafalgar. Hotel is new, modern and very clean. Despite the fact that it was used by Trafalgar, it was relatively quiet which I like (read somewhere that hotels used by big tour agents are usually very noisy and crowded). It's located quite a distance from the city center. Nothing interesting nearby, it's more... more

Just stayed at the hotel for a long weekend. Everything is new and nice. Good food, friendly staff, stylish rooms and so on. About a €12 taxi ride to the centre of Rome. Marble floors which creates a lot of noise when stepped on by high heels, which woke me up one night. more
