This hotel is in a prime location and to catch the bus/ tram was very easy! The owner was helpful in buying us an adaptor for our phone from the UK! The area is 10 minutes from all the bars/ restaurants. The room is a bit small, but it is very nice and homey!

Stayed two weeks w friendly and accommodating Marina and Elio and bella testa rosa Violetta who managed the desk and handled all with grace and excellent English.I was looking to stay in the heart of Trastevere - closer to the Tiber- where it is so very authentic, few 'tourists', quiet everything including most of Rome is close at hand and very... Second time back to Rome after 4 years and back again to Your Nest...Still a great little place. We were the only guest for a day or so, and I believe that a few more checked in, however, the place is so quiet, we really werent sure. All is as stated, clean, accomodating, great location, etc. All good. We love... More

Spotless room in Trastevere. We stayed in the junior suite which had a little balcony with table and 2 chairs. Air-con was welcome as the weather was superb for October. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. We did not try the Jacuzzi bath but found the shower easy to adjust to the correct... More

I recently stayed at Your Nest In Rome with friends and highly recommend this clean, quiet, inexpensive and comfortable room in Trastevere. This was the last of several stops through Italy and we were glad to see the rooms were clean, well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is nice and has toiletries if you need them. It is... More

My wife and I stayed in Your Nest in Rome for five nights. It is located within converted apartments in a charming older condominium building. We were buzzed into the building, and there is a small elevator capable of squeezing in two thin people and one tall bag (but nothing more). The entry to the B&B is through a regular... More

Really, it's hard to find fault here. I stayed for two nights with my family spread across two rooms. Perfect location, professional / helpful management, great rooms (modern, yet still having character, good beds, shower etc). I will return no doubt, just hope it doesn't get too well known! A real gem.

My family and I stayed at this B&B for 5 days and 4 nights in June. I found this B&B on Trip Advisor as I was looking for a place to stay. I read the reviews that were already posted and I was impressed. I emailed the staff there, and Zanda and Marina responded to me. They told me more... More

Excellent B&B in Rome downtown, in the mid of the characteristic Trastevere, friendly managed by Marina and Elio. Located in an old building, the B&B is made up by two huge apartments fully restructured. Clean and comfotable, my room was quite and silent; the bathroom was provided with all the amenities. The perfect location for turism but also for business... More

I've never written a Trip Advisor review before, but my husband and I had such a wonderful experience here, that I had to share. Not only were the accomodations really nice (clean room, well appointed, quiet, comfortable), but the hospitality provided by Marina, Elio and Zanda was unsurpassed, in our experience. They were at our beck and call and helped... More

Staying in Trastevere

Neighborhood Profile
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
