Very nice place to stay for a visit in Rome. Close to the metro station Manzoni, 10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Good breakfast, and very friendly people , the owners Daniela and Gianluca makes your stay in Rome great. They are always ready to help you with any advice, and takes good care of their guests.

Breakfest better than in other B&B thank´s to Daniela ( very sympathetic and dear lady). She can speak a little bit english . Gianluca is romano romano :-) with good knowledge... More

Stayed here for a week in April. Gianluca and Daniela were wonderful and realy made our stay as enjoyable as possible. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and easy to find, less than five minutes walk from the metro station, and about 15 minutes from the train station. It even has a fabulous old lift! Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
