Very good location: 400m. to Termini; ~1km to Colloseum; Santa Maria Maggiore church is next door. We used metro only to travel to Vatican. Everything else is very near. Even 2 supermarkets (~50m.). How to find B&B Maggiore I suggest to use Google Street view ( http://bit.ly/16DHvJt ). You must know how the door looks as there is no signs.... More

The location of this guesthouse is excellent, Santa Maria Maggiore is literally next door. Most of the famous landscapes are also well within walking distance. However, all of this comes with a price. We stayed here for 5 nights in the middle of January and I was a bit concerned about the heating. The guy at the desk told us... More

This hotel is directly opposite Santa Maria Basilica. It is approximately 10mins walk from the Colosseum, but otherwise on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of Rome, approximately 20mins walk into the heart of the city. There is no breakfast, save for a price to can pay to eat at the cafe downstairs (this price is inflated). One staff... More

The location for this B&B was perfect, we spent days walking around Rome and only used the train once. It is located very close to the coliseum! The room are a bit dated but clean and perfect for a short stay. Rome is Beautiful!

Th location of the B&B was central in front of Maria Maggiore. The service as not that bad though no Breakfast is served or offered, there was a cafe under the building that was good and open at practically all times (also serving awesome Gelato) The rooms was good as was the bathroom, we also had a tv, mini fridge... This B&B is very convenient for walking to all the major sites and also walking distance from Termini train station. That is probably the best I could say about this B&B. No breakfast is served and the bed was what we in North America would classify as a twin bed although we asked for a double minimum as my husband... More

This place was really difficult to find add there is no signage outside, which is annoying. The name of the place needs to be changed as they don't serve breakfast as the name would suggest. Our room was average but clean and it overlooked a busy corner so the noise at night did disturb our sleep. Tiny bathroom was run... More
