This hotel is a 3 minute walk from the colosseum, only 10 to the trevi, perfect location. The street itself has some great restaurants and cafes. I would recommend Artorius to anyone and if I return to Rome I will definitely be staying there again. The staff are also lovely, speak English well and serve a great breaky!

We stayed at the Hotel Artorius for 2 nights post cruise. We found the room to be very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, large and modern. The staff was so very patient and helpful. The location was just perfect. We walked to the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, train station, and lots of shopping. The complementary breakfast was great. We had an... More

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April 2013 as part of our 3 month tour of Europe. The size of the room and bathroom was probably the biggest we stayed in whilst away! From arrival, the staff could not have been more helpful. Answering all our questions and providing great directions. The location is perfect. Walking... More

We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was. They helped us navigate the bus lines, helped with directions anywhere, and also provided us a US to EU converter so we could charge my husband's phone when we first arrived. The breakfast was great, which included cappucinos, which they made with sea animals or smiley faces on top each... More

Our experience in this boutique hotel was very good. We did not spend much time in the room because there is so much to see and do in Rome. We found the room comfortable and the breakfast very good. The staff was exceptional and aimed to please. There are lots of good places to eat walking distance from hotel. We... More

On arrival we were very happy with the help from the reception staff who helped with bags and showed us to our room. We were initially very happy with our room because it was clean, of a good size with large windows and had a very nice bathroom (with large shower). Unfortunately, after one night we realised it had a... More

This cute little hotel is cozy and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to the Coliseum and the metro to get to attractions further away. Our triple room was large and comfortable for my teen children and myself. Make sure you eat at the little restaurant next door; quality Italian food!

Never been to Rome before so used trip advisor to pick our accommodation. This hotel is in an ideal position to visit all the landmarks I had on my list. The people in reception spoke English and were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We would definitely use this hotel again. Tip.- The taxi driver knew which... More

I can highly recommend staying at this hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel rooms were lovely, we had a twin room looking out to the front of the hotel, although it was a narrow road at the front the cars were going past at high speed! The room had a mini bar, which we found was... More

This hotel was a sweet experience. The hotel is located on a tucked away little street bustling with good restaurants and just a stones throw away from central Roman avenues. If it is your first time to Rome, many of the Roman "must sees" are within easy walking distance from the neighborhood (e.g. Coliseum, the Forum, etc). While it is... More
