Decent location. Chianti restaurant across the street was great! The pizza place out the door, right, and maybe two doors down was fantastic. Stay away from the seafood place down to the right maybe a block down. They show seafood in a glass case. Horrible food and horrible service. This hotel was okay. I didn't really care for the guy... Arrived to the hotel around 11:00 a.m., but we couldn't get into the room until 3:00. Linda at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very basic and the bathrooms are very small. The Fountain was a few steps from the hotel, but it was being renovated, but it was still pretty. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and... More

We stayed here for three nights and were very happy with the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the WiFi worked in the room. The Trevi Fountain is a few steps out the door, and there's a gelato shop right across the street. Handy to shops and restaurants.

Linda at the front desk very warm and welcoming. After 9 hour flight we went straight to hotel. Although we got there before check-in, there was no option to check in before 3:00 p.m. 100 degree weather and minimal sleep we spent the day sightseeing. Rooms were adequate. We had booked a double room and a triple room. The double... More

Location, location...you can practically throw a coin in the fountain from the roof bar! The fountain is still under renovations but that hasn't deterred the crowds that collect around the fountain. I loved the hubbub of being in the midst of everything and so did my daughter and niece. It is easy to walk to everything from this hotel. My... More

Even thought the fountain was closed due to renovations, the location of the hotel was terrific. Within easy walking distance of lots of restaurants, sights and shopping. Cabs are quickly accessible. The standard rooms are a little small and the bathrooms are very small. No pool. Has a great patio bar area overlooking the fountain. Staff are all very friendly... More

After checking for some time for a suitable hotel for a surprise 4-night stay in Rome for me and my girlfriend, I opted for Relais Fontana di Trevi, and we weren't disappointed. From the outset it was clear it was a good choice. Arriving hot and flustered after walking in the heat from the bus station, Linda greeted us with... More

We stayed here for one night. The hotel room was small and very expensive but I picked this place due to the proximity to the fountain and walking distance to places in the city. Nearby train station and bus routes.

We've been there at summer and found out that they closed the fountain to maintainance. Soo the fountain are drained and we can not throw the coin. Don't go there on your summer vacation. We just a little bit dissapointed because we came there all the way from indonesia and can't see the fontana di trevi.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
