Fantastic little hotel. The staff are super helpful to your needs and the location is excellent for getting out and walking about. I stayed there in June 2011 with my wife and promised I would write a review as way of thanks to Maria and Fabrizio. Look at the website and what you see is what you get. Something a... More

Really hospitable staff at the WRH Trastevere. It appears to be a nice apartment has been divided into several hotel rooms. We stayed there the second week of December 2011. The room was spacious and clean with nice amenities. We had a carafe of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The hotel is located in a convenient location in Trastevere... More

We stayed here in early December 2011 and thought this place was a great value. We booked online for three nights, and ended up staying for an additional three nights. We stayed in two different rooms (the Marilyn Monroe room and a slightly smaller room with a canopy bed that was as awesome in its own way). The rooms are... More

We came to this hotel December 2007 and loved everything about it. We chose the Marilyn Monroe Room, and this was the best decision. The room was bright, large and comfortable. Although we are at the front of the building, this was mostly quiet as the building is actually just behind the main road. You get a laptop in your... More

After much too much research for a place to stay in Rome, my Wife and I decided on WRH for a 7 night stay during Thankgiving week in November.. We could not have asked for a better experience. Easy email communication, Maria sent a very informative email with suggestions and an offer to help anything we needed. Easy train/tram ride... More

Service: you can count on Maria and Fabrizio to give you impartial tips on places to eat and visit which your guidebooks might not. They're also always on hand to help with booking restaurant or museum/gallery tickets, which we found really handy given our Italian is non-existent. Value: for the location, service and size of room, I really cannot imagine... More

We booked a 1 night stay here and Maria and Fabrizio were amazing from the time we were booking (even booked our airport transportation for us) to when we were at the hotel (helping us with dinner reservations). We would highly recommend this place which is more like a house than a hotel. The neighborhood is great as well and... More

WRH Trastevere is the perfect mixture of a hotel, a B&B and an apartment rental. Basically, it consists of several bedrooms on one floor of a small apartment building. There is one common room--with a kitchen where you can easily make your own delicious espresso--which I did first thing every morning. Fabrizio and Maria are perfect hosts, very sweet, very... More

This was our first trip to Rome in September 2011, and when we arrived at WRH Trastevere we were greeted warmly by our host Fabrizio. With a carafe of wine waiting for us in our room & after short rest Fabrizio was extremely helpful and advised us on the best sights to see & the restaurants to dine at. We... More

I just knew from the moment I initially enquired about this accommodation it was going to be great. Well I was right. Booking was personal, professional and friendly. Your hosts are Maria and Fabrizio, plus a very efficient and friendly cleaner. They booked our airport transfers which were also efficient, friendly, hassle free with a very clean vehicle our driver... More
