Good location, not far from Spanish steps! High end shopping, which I loved! Front desk were very helpful, but really this is an apartment turned into a "Hotel" or a better description is Bed and Breakfast. it was nice enough and clean, European breakfast, which gets delivered to you on a tray. It looked good & modern but.... Our shower... More

We stayed at Prestige Guest House for 8 nights from October 16 to October 24, 2015 and loved every minute of our visit. It is located within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The service, the room and the breakfast were all great and everyone there was so helpful to us (this was our first visit... More

The hotel is situated in the heart of Rome - 5 minutes from the Spanish steps and spagna metro station. The pantheon is really close too - 7 minutes by foot. The hotel is located in the middle of via Frattina, a very nice street with great gelato stores. It's a bit hard to find the hotel because its part... More

I had a one night stopover in Rome during an urgent flight change home. I had never been to Italy but booked this property based off location and reviews. All I can say is I wish I could have stayed longer! This property is in an awesome location, you walk out of the building right into the hustle and bustle... More

Read the mixed reviews about this place and wasn't too sure what I was getting myself into, but I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it 5 mins walk away from the Spanish steps but it is located in the shopping district, which couldn't have been any better for me. In regards to its location in... More

My family and I had a great time staying here. The location was ideal and allowed us to walk and metro everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly, timely and helpful to a tee. I'd wholeheartedly recommend you stay here.

Very friendly staff and within walking distance to nearly everything in central Rome. Just so you know this is just an apartment converted into five hotel rooms. In other words; no lobby or bar. The street is a pedestrian street so no noise from there. However, not the best sound proofing between the rooms.

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
