My family and I had a great time staying here. The location was ideal and allowed us to walk and metro everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly, timely and helpful to a tee. I'd wholeheartedly recommend you stay here.

It was a long time since I had my last stay in Rome and I wanted to spend a few nights in Prestige Guest House as I did last time. Excellent location in the Historical center of the city. I was so happy to discover this delicious place with a new decor ! Brand new rooms and a gorgeous service... More

Very friendly staff and within walking distance to nearly everything in central Rome. Just so you know this is just an apartment converted into five hotel rooms. In other words; no lobby or bar. The street is a pedestrian street so no noise from there. However, not the best sound proofing between the rooms.

From friendly and cordial staff, through charming and comfortable rooms, to perfect location, this unique Guest House has absolutely delighted us. As it's located in the centre of Rome (some 100m from Piazza di Spagna), all important sights are within walking distance from here, as well as many typical restaurants and numerous shops. Staff is most helpful and always at... More

I'm a bit surprised by all of the highly favorable reviews on this house. It was fine, but nothing's i'd rave about by any means. The best parts about this "hotel" (I put it in quotes because it is just 4 rooms that take up half a floor of an office/apartment building) are the very sweet front desk lady and... More

We stayed in Rome for 4 days and the Prestige Guest House was perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms and fantastic location. It is near all the main attractions and shopping. We got a great restaurant recommendation from the lady who runs it.

Very cute hotel in a center of Roma. 3rd floor with elevator and very warm welcoming. Breakfast in a room and very kind reception. Close to Spanish steps Trevi and inside the shopping area. Such a perfect location allows to reach Tiber and Vatican city, Coliseum and many important temples. Through the Spanish steps you can easily come to Villa... More

Booked The Prestige Guest House for it's location which is perfect. 2mins from The Spanish Steps (and a Metro stop) and less than 10mins from Trevi Fountain. 15mins, no more, to Pantheon. We walked everywhere from here. Room was clean and well appointed. Lady on arrival was extremely helpful, going through a tourist map with us etc. Desk is only... More

Rome was our first stop, and we stayed at the Prestige Guest House for 4 nights/5 days and it was great! We felt very comfortable and happy that we were starting our trip out right. I was afraid that I'd be thrown off about the floor to ceiling decor in the red/blue damask pattern. I can get pretty claustrophobic and... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
