We stayed at la tuscolana three nights. It was fresh, cleaning of room every day, good air condition, quiet rooms (no sound of traffic). The metro station closest to the hotel is "punto lungo"(4 min by walk). From there there are only a few stops to the center, to termini or collosseum. Even the vatican was easy to get to,... More

We stayed here four nights. What impressed us the most was the staff, especially Francesca and Irene at the reception desk. They were very personable, helpful and most accommodating. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants within walking distance. Our room was very clean and recently renovated. There was daily room service including fresh towels. The complementary breakfast offerings were... More

Liked many things about the hotel: firstly the girl on the check in desk was beautiful and so friendly. Unlike many other Romans we came across she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Nice breakfast and the shower was great!! Only downsides were the noise as the window didn't close securely and the early check out time of 1030. Other than... More

This was a fantastic hotel to stay in ! Really great location close to the Tuscolana railway station which can be accessed easily from the airport. Also close to the Ponte Lungo metro station as well to easily get around Rome. However we travelled around Rome with taxis during our trip which was cheap and it only takes 15 euros... More

We were very happy with our recent stay at the Hotel Tuscolana. It was very conveniently located near a subway and regional train station (<5 minute walk). It was an easy trip via regional train from Fuminci airport. The city center is also easily accessible via subway (and relatively inexpensive €1.50 a trip). The room was on the small side,... More

It was one of the best stays I have had. The staff is very cordial and soft. I had never visited Rome but the way Irene (the front desk manager there) guided me through a city map was perfect and had no problems in exploring the city. The room is nice, clean and well attended. The location is good, just... More

What stands out about this Hotel is the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The room we had was very small, would have liked more space so next time will make sure we book a larger room at the extra cost. The rooms were very clean and towels changed regularly so no complaints here. Reception was more than helpful.... More

Would highly recommend this hotel the room is reasonable size and very clean and towels are changed every day. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are more than helpful and friendly. The are itself leaves a bit to be desired as it is mainly residential and there is a lot of graffiti, although this seems the norm in Italy.... More

Good hotel with excellent breakfast. The neighborhood it is in seemed a little rough and there was nothing there to speak of but we had no problems, and it did have good access to Tuscolana station, which goes straight to the airport, and to underground stations. The bed was very soft and the pillows thin, but this is par for... More

What a treat! This hotel is located next to train station Tuscolana, which is great because there's a direct connexion from and to airport Fiumicino. Within 45 minutes you're there. We arrived way before check-in time and asked the huge favour to check us in already so we could explore the beautiful city of Rome. The lady at the desk... More
