The location is perfect. If you catch the train from Fiumicino Airport, the hotel is about 5 minutes rom Tuscolana train station. Also 5 minutes from the metro station. Very reasonable priced, not bad breakfast and clean room. Definitely recommend for a visit in Rome !

Dear Guest. The Hotel is near the Basilica of S.Giovanni in Laterano, just a few meters from the Tuscolana and Casilina train stations and near the Pontelungo subway stop. Are you arriving by train? Get off at the Termini train station (take the subway “linea A” in the direction of Anagnina and get off at the “Ponte Lungo” stop). An... More

The staff were very helpful and gave us assistance with local restaurants and take-aways as well as organising us a taxi for an early morning trip to the airport (€53) you can get the train direct from the airport... A clean and ultra convenient hotel a block from the metro a line and half block from the city bus line and across the street from a supermarket and up the street from a great local restaurant. Sadly some grafitti detracts from the appearance of the neighborhood which is basically more a middle class to upper middle class Rome residential... More

The hotel can be considered good value for money. The staff are pleasant, the rooms clean and adequate, and the breakfasts are fine. It is very convenient indeed for the stopping train from Fiumicino airport and the metro is very close by However, if the location is important, do have a look at Google streetview etc. It is in a... Everyone on staff was beyond helpful - our luggage was lost, and they helped coordinate with the airport to get it returned to us. They also made great restaurant locations, and helpfully called in reservations for us, too. Location make it very easy to connect to two train lines, including the metro system. Breakfast had tons of options, including some... More

First, I want to emphasize that every hotel staff member was super friendly, very helpful, and readily accessible. They were by far the most pleasant people we encountered in Rome. The location is also very convenient to the Ponte Lungo metro station for access to the city center. However we did encounter minor annoyances. We stayed for 5 days and... More

We stayed at la tuscolana three nights. It was fresh, cleaning of room every day, good air condition, quiet rooms (no sound of traffic). The metro station closest to the hotel is "punto lungo"(4 min by walk). From there there are only a few stops to the center, to termini or collosseum. Even the vatican was easy to get to,... More

Liked many things about the hotel: firstly the girl on the check in desk was beautiful and so friendly. Unlike many other Romans we came across she was extremely helpful and accommodating.
