Very small room. Rock hard bed. Little water from shower. Owner and staff with no English. Quite lacking in hospitality really.... EXTRA CHARGE 10 EURO FOR AIRCON!!!!!! Breakfast is OK for Rome and brought to your room. Sheets weren't changed for 3 days and steamy nights so we stood then in a corner.... 600 m from Termini...rough area with many... More

Had a good stay here. It is close to the termini station, the rooms are clean and quiet. Would recommend this hotel and would definetely return Offers good value for money. The only minus was that the room was a bit small

Great location, near Termini station so everything can be reached by foot, public transportation is available nearby if needed. Room was small but very clean and cleaned on daily basis. Comfortable bed and nice quiet neighbourhood. Kind personel, ready to help. Very rich breakfast was served in room. Great value for price.

I have been in this Hotel for 4 nights. My general opinion is pretty positive even because it is not easy to find something better for such price ( Rome is really expencive so i guess it is hard to get a single room with breakfast for less than 60/70 Euro in the city center). Hotel is well located and... More

The first impression is not the best one, but we became very surprised. The hotel is located on the second floor of a building and it is very small, only a few rooms and no restaurant. The breakfast is served in the room, but is very rich. The family that owns the place is very friendly and we had a... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
