Romance is excellently placed for the Colesseum. It is close to easy transport options to most of Rome, however stout legs brings most of Rome's sights within walking distance. The immediate area is blessed with numerous excellent 'real' Italian trattorias and pizza restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Romance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the decor was beautiful and it was a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum.
