This was a perfect hotel choice for us and we had a wonderful stay in Rome over New Year. We loved the charm of this typically Italian small hotel. The location was perfect and we walked to all of the sights easily. The staff were so helpful and very good at giving directions or suggesting local restaurants. We liked the... More

Stayed here for a short city break before our holiday in Spain. Although the room was small, the staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The location is just about perfect for the city centre and we felt very safe walking the streets to the local restaurants and bars...(Even watched the football at the local Irish bar). For a city centre... More

Located on the ground floor (basemant), you actually have to enter by going down several steps to reach the hotel lobby. Very nice and friendly staff, the people at the front desk do speak English and are very helpful. Room and bathroom size was decent. Safe neighborhood to walk in all times. Near Police Department.

An avarage hotel but in a very good position close to Colosseum and to a police station , so very safe location :). A facade flakes and looks shabby but inside it´s friendly and clean. There are calm and family athmosphere.

Before you walk in please remember these rooms are small. That is the only negative. Great breakfast, 2 minutes walk from Collisium, restaurants, metro, market (most on ave De Africa). I guess I dont like the stairs are for emergency use only, and thats only if you are looking for an excuse to hate (property is 3 floors high)

I usually stay at bigger, more 'familiar' hotels but I decided to try something different this time. I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff was the kindest I met in a while, they're always smiling and always happy to help. The hotel was very (!) clean and it's close to the main attractions of the city. I had a couple... More

Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
