8 min walk from Temini. Clean room, new towels every day. The hotel owned by a nice serviceminded family. The breakfast (on the other side of the street) was too Little: just a croissant and coffe or tea but we could buy extra sandwiches.

We stayed here one night, arriving in late morning. They let us check in early, which let us recover a bit from our overnight flight. The room was spacious enough and everything was clean and fresh. Our room had a step up to the bathroom - be careful getting up in the night! If you are wondering where the room-darkening... More

A good price for Rome, good location, near to the termini train station, the metro and lots of buses, easy to find and easy to access the rest of Rome from here. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors of a beautiful old building, the lift is small but it's a long way up to walk! Staff very... More

Perfect location, helpfull staff, small - but nice and clean room. Very good bar for breakfast with nice design and friendly staff. For dinner i can reccomend La Famiglia restaurant not far from the hotel. Good food and tasty house wine, friendly staff.

Booked this hotel in 10 minutes and 1.45hrs before my departure from Amsterdam to Rome. Had originally booked at BB Castro Pretorio, which is across the street. But the BB cancelled my booking the morning of my departure as they didn’t want me to stay there while they had rooms available. Few minutes after my booking via Venere.com the hotel... More

Location is ok - 10-15 min to Termini. We stayed in room for 2 and it was big enough. Decoration is ordinary. Hotel is very clean. But because of they clean everthing with bleech, even sheets and towels, smell is bothersome. And I don't think it is healty. Reception's working hours are between 10-22. They want you to not bother... More

Very simple hotel. We had one room and a bathroom. The room is like a large bedroom in a fourth floor suite that has been converted to a hotel room. One double bed and two singles, perfect for our family. We just needed a place to crash for one night and this was perfect. The concierge was good enough at... More

We found the hotel easily. Excellent location, close to Termini station inside the old building. The room was on the fifth floor for 4 people, rather large and evidently combined two rooms, so there were 2 bathrooms (very clean and modern). It was better than we expected for this price. The room was comfortable, looked nice and very clean. The... More

Good clean hotel based on 2 floors of a terraced high-rise. We stayed in mostly 2-3 star hotels on our 12 day tour of Italy and this didn't feel any different. Breakfast included was in the bar across the road, a croissant and coffee, more than adequate. Owner doesn't speak much English but is very friendly and her staff had... More

This is one star hotel but in reality (except for breakfast) is solid 3 star hotel. I got it in July for 60€ double room per night. Great location near Termini (few minutes walking from metro and bus line 492), very clean room and bathroom, good and free wifi, quite, spaceous room, kind staff. For free breakfast you get coffee/juice... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
