There is no need to spend money in a bigger hotel . This hotel has all you need on a city break in Rome . The rooms were spotless and cleaned each day . The restaurants close by are fabulous and really reasonably priced . Staff on reception were very polite and helpful . The only thing that was a... More

First visit to Rome. Stayed at the Yes Hotel for four nights. Web photos very deceiving, the rooms are tiny. beds and pillows need to be updated, However the rooms, in fact whole property was spotless. Housekeeping deserves a 5 star rating!!! Would stay again for one or two nights but no longer, there was no sitting area in the... More

On our first trip to Rome, we stayed at the Yes Hotel. The staff went over and above to help us navigate the area. The location was very convenient, as we arriving on the Leonardo express from the Rome airport and departing from tiburtino rail station to Florence. We were able to accomplish all of our transfers via foot, no... More

Location is good..close to termini station. We're somewhat helpful in finding places to eat and get gelato. 1). We requested extra pillows and were told by the concierge to come down and get them. 2). Breakfast was poor...waitress was rude. 3). Minibar in room was NEVER stocked. 4). Seems like hotel is run by 1 person, like a 1 man... More

Stayed here as a family of 3 , great location being so close to termini station where you can access the metro which takes you to most sights in rome. Good breakfast in the morning served from 07:00 - 10:00 with a good selection of hot and cold food. A good selection of restaurants nearby , we used Rossi which... More

We stayed for 3 nights at the Yes Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, the Termini station is behind the hotel. We got the Leonardo Express train from the airport to the Termini - was expensive €14 each way, returning to the airport we got the airport express bus departing up a small distance from the Termini for... I visited yes hotel as a solo traveler. It provided the basic needs for my 2 nights in Rome. The room was a little small, but immaculately clean. The hotel is in close proximity to the train station making it easy to get around in Rome. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, but all in all a sufficient hotel.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the Yes Hotel which is very near the Termini (Bus/Train Station) so great for getting around. We stayed in a seperate apartment area two doors along from the main reception. It was very clean and reception staff were great, very informative and friendly. Having stayed in other hotels in Europe for the same... More

Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (especially Daniel). Modern & clean rooms - great location & included breakfast. Also, inexpensive Internet (free in lobby). Would definitely return! Thanks so much!

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
