We have just got from a 2 week stay at the Yes Hotel, just 5 minutes walk from the Termini rail, metro and bus stations. We had a triple room for us and our teenage son and although the room was small it was adequate for our needs. The room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned and fresh... More

We booked our room in Yes Hotel in January, a full 8 months before the visit. When we arrived the receptionist Joseph then informed me that I'd been emailed to say the room had been cancelled. Which was utter rubbish and I'd had no email. He made up some problem with the card which we'd be using to pay for... More

Perfect hotel for a busy family in Rome. We had a family room for my husband and I and two children. They had their own room and tv which was great to come back and relax after a busy day site seeing! Staff was soooo accommodating and friendly. My daughter left her expensive headphones in the room. They were safely... More

The yes hotel is a medium sized boutique style hotel situated close to the main Train station in Rome known as Terminal. The hotel contrary to other reviews is easy to find. Being no more then five minutes walk from the main station and easily found with yes hotel being clearly marked on the canopy at the side and front... More

We booked a double and quad room for the night prior to a cruise. Good price. Location excellent for getting train from Termini. Both rooms were clean and comfortable with effective air con. Continental breakfast was included. If you are bothered about a view this may not be the place for you, but it wasn't an issue for us. Staff... More

This hotel has the great feature of being a 3-5 minute walk from the Termini rail station in Rome. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, lots to offer and it was all delicious. They have a 24 hour bar in the lobby too. Only drawback, (and it was not a big issue) was paying... More

Yes Hotel is a short walk from Termini Station which is convenient upon arrival and a good location from which to see the main sites in the city. Rooms are small but adequate. Full breakfast in the morning was good. Staff very efficient and helpful. Free wifi only in lobby, paid in the room. We recommend Yes Hotel.

We've been there two times (at the start and at the end of a cruise) and both have been great experiences. The room was clean, the breakfast had a lot to offer. The personnel was kind. The first room we had was quite small, the second was larger. Just one thing that bothered me a bit: the window shutters were... More

The Yes Hotel in Rome Italy offers great value for the money. In reading their advertisements the rooms seem to be spacious and comortable. The cost per room also includes breakfast. When booking a room through booking.com we did not read the fine print which quoted one price for a nonrefundable room and a higher price for a refundable room.... More

This was one of the more modern hotels we stayed at in Italy even though it is just 3 stars. The staff spoke great English and were all very helpful. As other reviewers have mentioned, this hotel is an easy walk to take a train or bus. If you are driving to Rome and planning to return your car, be... More
