Hotel was chosen because it was very close to the main Termini train station in Rome. The street it is on is not the best, but once inside, the hotel was very nice and rooms were generally larger than others we had stayed in. One of the rooms had a broken shower door and the bathroom tended to flood. The... More

I stayed for just one night once we got to Rome. The quad room was very nice size and the hotel is they about 2 blocks from Termini station. I accidentally left my mobile phone in the room when we left early the next morning. I called the hotel that night and they said they had the phone. Told them... More

We visited Yes Hotel in June 2015 for two nights. We had a family of 10, with two quad rooms and one double. The check in went very quick and smoothly, even with the large number of people. The hotel was very modern, and our quad room had adequate space, especially for a European hotel room. The hotel staff were... More

Very nice hotel within steps to the termini station! The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very kind! They offer a large breakfast with a lot of different types of food! The staff was very helpful in recommending sights and restaurants and directions how to get there. We would definitely stay here again!

Arriving in Rome at 10pm I was glad to have picked an hotel close to the Termini railway station. Five minutes from the train saw us at Reception. First impressions were of a friendly receptionist and a fast process. The room was a bit small, but for the price and central location not a disappointment. Importantly the room was clean... More

Very clean, staff were excellent. The free wi - fi was a definite bonus, breakfast was included and was limited but nice. The bar does not have a great range but the wine was good and reasonably priced. We found it to be very central and within walking distance to all the main must see's. 1/2 hour to an hour,... More

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Hotel's location is great. It's close to Termini station. However we've found three problems. 1) Avoid room 701, 702. They are separated rooms located in a very weird place, just beside the restaurant at the first floor. You won't feel safe and comfortable in these rooms. 2) Our room has ants. Although they... The hotel was great! The room was great! We had a room for 4 people and it was actually 1 room with 2 small bedrooms in it, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate showertub. You walk in into 1 bedroom, then you go through a door to the other bedroom, and that bedroom has the bathroom. The... More

I wasnt expecting much from this hotel, cause i knew the vicinities of the Termini Station and knew that wasnt so nice. But i was wrong... The hotel is almost perfect for its purposes, with a very good location (and not so insecure as I expected), VERY good price for what delivers and a real good and friendly staff. The... More

We chose the hotel due to his proximity to the train station -one night stay before returning to USA. The staff were helpful and we ended up with a large upgraded room though it was right next to the elevator. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice full shower with good water pressure. There were drawbacks such... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
