Well, it was a nice place with a breathtaking view. The personnel is very kind, and friendly, it looks like you are at your home, very comfortable, clean, and the wi-fi service was really cool :) The best thing about this hotel, is the fact you are in the middle of the Rome city, and you may visit all the... My bf booked this trip as a birthday gift and he requested something nice to be done. e.g swan on the bed or something but the request was denied which was down side but whatever.. few days before i called the hotel to enquire about breakfast but the person did not speak english so that was pointless. when we got... Room was clean, but the entrance to the hotel was not the best, the stairs were very old and shabby. It was not as close to the Coliseum as expected or described on their website. The room was also very small. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a city tax on the room which is €4 per... More

. Don't go! it's a badly attended building. It does not look like an hotel. the pictures are not reliable. This so called "hotel" begins on the 3rd floor. floors 1 and 2 are another hotel. the elevator is old and tiny (for 2 people no more). the breakfast is not much. the rooms - even on high floors -... Great location! A lot of shops in Via Nazionale. Very nice and clean hotel with large bathroom even in a small single room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a third floor and there is only one elevator and it is very small and slow. Free Wi-Fi which was working really well! My room was in the main... More

We stayed for six nights and I cannot fault the hotel. Perfect location, we walked to all of Rome's main attractions. Clean. Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, who provided us with a map on arrival drawing on the best routes to the sights. WiFi was quick and free. One point off for the cold shower on one morning, but the... More

I have stayed here as couple for 4 nights. Perfect room with clear and great bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Very pleasant and helpful receptionists. They explained how to reach needed places (they gave free map and explained where tourist attractions are, how to get there by public transportation or by walking by shorter routes). The hotel location is good... More

We arrived in Rome following a 29 hour travel from Australia. There were 4 adults 1 teenager and 4 children aged 9, 7, 5, and 4 all with luggage. We were unable to obtain a taxi from the train station as we were told it was not far enough. We then attempted to walk with all our luggage finding it... More

Location was simply excellent.. Walking distance to everywhere.. Sightseeing.. Shopping.. Very good restaurants.. and staff were very friendly and helpful Giving us some of the city secrets.. Meanwhile.. Because our room was in the 5th floor.. The entire room was shaking each time a fast car or a bus was passing in the street.. Just as if it's an earthquake

Cannot be considered for a 4 or 5 grade. A 3 would insult by comparison all the hotels I ever graded with a 3. So the best I can possible grade this hotel is 2 - Poor. Looking at the positives: great location walking distance to all major sights; clean room. All the rest is just poor. Huge price for... More
