Spend five nights at the hotel in July (hottest month!) and for the first three nights (and four days) the aircon would turn off once every hour, by some sort of malfunction, so we'd wake up being too hot and have to get out of bed and turn it back on. We complained to the staff (multiple times) but it... More

We have just arrived back after a five night stay in Rome, at this hotel. As the title states, the location was good, and the room large, but that's all the positives. The room was never cleaned properly, was very basic, and the bed sheets never changed, even though it was hot and humid throughout the day and night. We... More

Really bad attitude from the foreigners attending the hotel! My family wanted to spend a nice 3 days in rome, and the hotel has nice bedrooms and great location; however, the people attending the hotel specially at night make the stay a hell! Really bad manners for speaking to a customer, and specially no motivation for solving the customer problems.... More

I booked single standard room. It was small but perfectly enough for one person like me. The bed was comfortable and actually not that tiny as usual single bed. Room had courtyard view (no view basically) however it was quiet and clean. Bathroom was large and clean, all you need was there including fresh towels and amenities. I mean for... More

It is certainly value for money. The rooms were clean and bright. Staff was very friendly. The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, but then it is not a great disturbance, certainly not at night. Great location.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. Staff were very sweet :) breakfast had really nice croissants yummyyyy.... Location is perfect for sightseeing . we were on the 5th floor and had a very nice balcony, it was sometimes noisy but what would you expect when staying in a busy main road! Overall would visit again :)

I'm an American and I came here with my university studying abroad. Stayed for three nights in a three person room. Ours was one of the only rooms with a terrace, and it was beautiful! We did get ants in our bathroom, but hotel staff was very friendly and exterminated right away. Clean, staff spoke English. Delicious breakfast every morning.... More

The location of this hotel for traveling on a budget is perfect. Get in Italian shape by walking all of Rome (except the Vatican, of course) from here. Really convenient. The staff is friendly, funny, and always helpful. Some of the rooms are very nice, while others rather plain, but all is clean. Try to get what they call the... More
