I stayed here with a group tour and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were small but clean and our room was quiet once shutters were closed. Central to tube and train station. Nice restaurants close by. Bathroom was small but compared to others we had stayed in Italy this was very good.

This was our last night after a 8 day train tour. It is a short 10 minute walk from the Centrale railway station. The hotel is old and the rooms quite small. There is a central staircase where access to the rooms is through a secure door. Behind the doors are the rooms. Unfortunately the rooms are not quiet. We... More

Stayed here on group tour for two nights.to get in the hotel you need to buzz in the main door so not great if you plan a night out.once your in there's a big flight of stairs which you need to lug your bags up there is a lift but you need a key.when you get to your room you... More

The hotels hard to find and when you do you'll be disappointed. Thankfully we only stayed for one night but it felt more like a place for back packers than a young couple, the room we stayed in was big but the bed was hard and for the price we paid was unsatisfactory, breakfast was a laugh we were given... So long as you know what to expect you won't be dissapointed. A basic hotel with a friendly front desk. I'm not sure if it is specific to this hotel, but just after arriving at the front desk a man will come and sit down with you, with a map, and will ask you what you are interested in seeing... More

After reading so many bad reviews about this hotel, I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The rooms are clean, a little small but not tiny, the staff were really helpful, the location the main Termini station is excellent. Our shower was teeny-tiny, but as we stayed only 2 nights it wasn't a problem. For the money, this hotel... More

Stayed here whilst on tour the rooms were adequate and clean and the hotel has great wifi for free that works all the time. The hotel is right near most things and is easy to get around with the metro close. The staff are friendly enough however nothing to write home about. The hotel does pose some issues. No lift... The stay here was for 2 nights and I must say it was a little frustrating. Initially on arrival I waited at least 20 minutes before being show to my room. I was with a group as a solo traveller so this can be understandable. The hotel seemed to be run by a mother and son team and was a... More

After an epic day of travel filled with too many hiccups I really appreciated someone letting me into the hotel after reception had closed. Our twin room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. The included breakfast was simple yet tasty. Staff were happy to look after luggage after check out too. It was located within walking distance of... More

I would never have booked this hotel for myself, if it wasn't for our tour departing out of this hotel. First impression of the hotel was - this is cute from the outside. Unfortunately you have to buzz to get into the hotel - every time. So if you want to be out and about, or stroll around in the... More
