1)Price varied upon arrival from what was reserved 3weeks prior over the phone.
2)All of the older staff members were rude and unaccomodating, Marco even though he did not speak much English tried his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
3)The toilet, bidet, face basin and shower all fit into an area no larger than 4ft x 5ft.
4)The advertised mini bar was merely an empty fridge that did not get very cold while the TV had no options to watch a paid movie in english so the only option was local italian channels.
5)The bed linens smelt of unine and pets which worked wonders for my allergies and when it came to breakfast, we were told "The cafe across the street can make something far better than they were willing to do. (at a cost to us!)
Overall I won't even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy if my life depended on it! more
