Worst hotel in Rome! After our air conditioner broke and our room was 29 degrees Celsius and rising, we were basically told to just deal with it even though our room was uninhabitable. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! Do not waste your time or money here! This is maybe a 2 star hotel at a 4 star hotel... More

In spite of the positive reviews and ratings, I personally found this hotel extremely disappointing and, if anyone values a well deserved holiday in a beautiful city, then they should not book a room in this hotel. Pros: Good location. Cons (I have pictures of all the cons below, just in case anyone wants proof). - If I said extremely... More

This place is amazing, Colosseo it's next to your window. .. amazing and friendly staff...Nice room and everything is clean... We arrive quite late... around 22.30 but there wasn't a problem because the reception is 24h. ..in the room is an minibar and you can buy water beer or cold tea at very decent prieces. ..

My sister and I had just checked out from Imperial Rooms 5 hrs ago... It was a really nice room.. High ceiling, decent breakfast.. Very near to the Colosseum.. Just two minutes walk... Recommended to anyone visiting Rome.. Would definitely come back again...

From our first arrival to leaving the staff could not have done any more for us, Very Helpful , polite & on hand 24hrs. The room was as the picture from booking.com classic style high ceilings and nicely done. The Mini bar was re-stocked every day and the price of the drinks was very reasonable. The en-suite Bathroom with whirlpool... More

Being able to open your window and being right next to the Colosseum is absolutely breathtaking and makes it worth it. Breakfast is ok but its nice to have when all you want to do is run around Rome. I also recommend going to the Colosseum first thing in the morning to beat the crowds.

We arrived and had out bags carried up to our room. Excellent! Room clean but stinking hot so air con turned on. The temp in the room only dropped to 24c after rain. Way to hot. We spoke with reception and they said they'd clean the filter. Part of the problem is likely that the balcony was 3/4 covered in... More

I stayed at Imperial Rooms for 6 days over Easter and one day at the end of that vacation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were great about telling me how to get to places and calling taxis for me. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. I had the in-room bathroom and it was very nice. The... More

We stayed for three nights at the Imperial Rooms. We arrived late at night on the Thursday evening and we were welcomed by a friendly staff member, who spoke little English, but was very helpful. Our room was very clean, and I loved the fact that when you looked out of the window, the collesseum was right there; a fascinating... More

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
