Didn't exactly know what to expect, but the room was great! Didn't expect a kitchen or balcony, but both were much appreciated. Lots of room for our 3 people, large bathroom. Stayed at this hut for 3 days. The good things: great location, waterproof roof. The dislikes: no hot water/ shower for 3 (three) days, a very slow stove, room cleaning/ cloth change only 1x/ stay. Just as many others have said, this hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Vatican, Metro and buses as well as many pizzarias and cheap eats, laundry mats and groceries. The hotel is very close to a metro stop and the Vatican. Although not the most central to the other sights in the city, we very much enjoyed the location. Due to a train strike we had to find another night in Rome. This place was very nice, and on a quiet street. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave us a great rate.
