We booked 2 rooms for the 5 of us traveling. Centrally located the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. Upon arrival our receptionist was in a bit rush to leave. As a result she was required to return when the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working. She attempted to get if going but could not. She... More

We were appalled upon arrival with the basic accommodation and decor, but then, we thought, "ok, there must be something more in this"... Yes, there's more: the receptionist was gone somewhere and we couldn't get in for half an hour, standing helplessly with our bags in front of the door, ringing on the door bell, and calling their numbers with... The location is convenient - metro A-line in 2-3 min., bus station in a minute, Piazza Di Popolo in 3 minutes etc... The hosts were very nice as well, they ask you about the time you want your breakfast served in the room and are sharp. The rooms were very clean, hot water all the time, big bathrooms, nice beds,... It is very hard to get decent accommodation in the centre of Rome that is good value. Travelling for business courtesy of my company I have stayed in many hotels. Now coming to Rome for a personal holiday for a week, I was looking for somewhere central that was also comfortable. Suite Beccaria was very clean, modern, simple yet chic... More

You will be hard pressed to find a better B&B in Rome. The B&B is very well situated and it is very easy to walk to all the main attractions. My room was a good size and had an amazing bathroom with Jucuzi bath tub which was welcome after a long days sighhtseeing. The staff are very friendly and you... More

This is a small B&B operation on the ground floor of a multistorey building close to Piazza del Popolo. The rooms are of a decent size given Rome standards, and nicely furnished. The bathrooms are small but adequate. There is no lobby or breakfast room so the (basic) breakfast is brought to your room. The owners are very friendly and... More

The location of this hotel could not have been better. The room was quite comfortable and the lady who brought us our morning cappuccino and toast was very sweet! We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely consider going back.

Finding the right place in Rome is always a struggle, but Suite Beccaria offers the best in many ways. It's close to Piazza di Popolo and metro (One stop to Spagna, one stop to Vatican and just two stops to Barberini). If you are motivated you can walk to all the best attractions. We used metro line only for Vatican, in... More

We stayed there during a visit in Rome and had no complaints. Location is very good because Piazza del Popolo is very close and a lot of busses and trains leave from there. We would defenitely come back.

Staying in Parioli

Neighborhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavor of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
