This has been a nightmare experience. We should have suspected when we received a mail to go to a different address in any case. WHen we arrived there a Polish woman told us, the advertised appartment is not available due to some construction (why is it advertised and offered then???) and they have a replacement.
The replacement was a small 2x2 room with furniture put together obviously from different places, having about 20 cm to the wall. The beds were having a wooden edge and were totally old and weak in the middle - very very small as well. The bathroom was to be shared between 3 rooms.
This was nothing like what we selected and paid for.
When we asked for the owner, a "fancy" Italian guy in a suit with expensive mobile phone and rings etc came and said this is what he is offering and we have to take it.
Unfortunately this site asks for 50% in advance, and so far I have not been able to get my money back for this horrible experience! Do not go there...
