Baldassini was everything expected, nice little cozy place to stay, close to main tourist areas as Vatican City, Patheon, Piazza Navona etc. Also free wifi and breakfast. Eventhoug the staff was not present at the time of arrival, they left us all the instructions, keys, maps, list of recomended restaurants etc. We felt like we were staying on a friend's house.... This b&b was absolutely perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome. The staff were so helpful, before we visited I asked for advice on tours and transfers and they gave me excellent recommendations. On arrival Francesco went through all the popular tourist attractions and provided helpful tips and hints for where to buy tickets and when to visit. He... More

This B&B located around the corner from the Pantheon is in the perfect location to get everywhere (vatican, colloseum, spanish steps etc) by foot. The only place we took a taxi was to the train station. It is located in the old town with tiny cobbled streets which are pleasant to walk around in, and has lots of restaurant options... More

We are very happy we chose this b&b. The room is a little bit small, but all the rest...is just great. The pantheon is around the corner, great restorants all around, piatza navona, 3 min walking. We fidn't use any transportation at all in rome, all the sights were in a walking distanse. We are highly recommending this b&b.

We stayed here for four nights while in Rome and must say, that if you are looking for a great location, then this it! It is literally around the corner from the Pantheon, a couple of blocks from Piazza Navona, and walking distance to practically every other famous Rome attraction. The neighbourhood is hopping with tourists, shops and restaurants. We... More

I'm sooo happy we stayed here for our 3-night visit to Rome. I can't imagine a better location, or a more comfortable room. We walked to every site we visited (Borghese Gallery, Vatican, Colosseum, Forum, Spanish Steps), and only took a taxi to and from Termini train station. (Note: the fare should only be about 12-13 euro one way; our... More

The location is amazing, the breakfast is slamming, and you can't beat the price. This hotel made our 5 days in Rome fantastic! They worked with us to arrange check in, and asked what time we wanted breakfast. The breakfast (eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, coffee) was brought to our room every morning, and tied us over till mid afternoon! We... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights in mid-August. It was exactly what we were looking for as a couple with a modest budget looking to explore all the major sites, as well as get off the beaten path a bit. The Baldassini is located in a trendy part of Rome that is also really convenient for sightseeing.... More

We stayed at this b&b for 3 nights and had a lovely time, the room was clean and located within walking distance of the main sights and was easy to get to with a direct bus from termini station to piazzo navona which is just round the corner (make sure you buy your ticket before you get on!). Breakfast is... More

Perfect location for walking all over Rome. Right near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. We stayed in the Yellow room. Quite small, but over all fine and clean. It did smell of smoke, however, I think due to the courtyard below the window. The bathroom is private, but through another door. The bedding and bathroom could use some upgrading, but... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
