Hotel pool has been closed since August 11 no sign of reopening as August is public holiday in Italy. We are still here as no other choice Rooms and food good for money though we arrived on the 18th booked through Exprdia no one contacted us to tell us pool out of order before we left so dissapointed when we... The hotel was nice but not luxurious which was ok! The main complaint was other travelers smoking in the hallways (and in their rooms with the days to the hallways open) as the smoke would come into our room at night too. We were busy touring from early morning to late afternoon/evening every day so we didn't really spend much... More

This hotel is a bit dated and could use a refurbishing. However, it was clean and the bed was comfy. Food was good and there was lots of it. However, the hotel seems to think there is a limited supply of air conditioning in the world. The thermostat in our room was locked and could not be changed by us.... More

A little disappointed with this hotel! So far out of town sometimes we even bothered if we should be true out into town! Nicola on reception was very helpful and the shuttle driver Chris ? I think? But the rest of the staff were rude and unhelpful! Especially the staff in the restaurant who looked me up and down when... More

When we booked this hotel we weren't sure about the location but it ended up being in the perfect spot. It wasn't in the centre of Rome which was great due to the fact we had a car and it's crazy to drive in the centre. Upon arrival we checked in and while we were waiting for the room sat... More

First of all I really recommend this Hotel. But you pay for what you get. It's not true 4 star hotel but I'd say any hotel in Rome got 1 extra star somehow. You don't live in Rome you have to travel about 30 minutes. Some people complained about these things but it's very clear for me. And I really... More

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was lovely. The hotel restaurant and bar provide cheap food and also have a gluten free menu. Breakfast is open until 10, but a queue forms from 9:30ish onwards so watch out for that. Breakfast and all other food was lovely! In rooms with a balcony the doors are... More

The hotel is more a 3 star hotel, not 4. Clean room and free wifi are ok. Refrigerator was not working, toilet flush was shakin and our room had broken air dryer. When i told the problem the answer was: "yes we know". So I replied "so then?" "We'll send the technician". After 3 hours spent in the swimming pool,... More

I'm not sure who gives out hotel star ratings in Italy but they are definitely a bit more generous than in most other countries... I've found this to be the case quote often. This hotel is no exception. It's clean and quite comfortable but a bit shabby and worn. The best thing about the hotel is that it's the closest... More

An affordable base if you have kids - and the pool is a great bonus after a day in Rome. I would agree that it is pretty far out if you are really into maximising tourism time, but good if you want to get a nice balance on your hols of relaxing and sight seeing. There were 11 of us... More
