This hotel is the ideal location for seeking out all the main sights of Rome, on foot. There are several eating places within a few minutes walk. We were upgraded to an executive room, which was spacious, with a bath, safe, tea & coffee facilities & all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast was fine for us, with a selection... More

This hotel looks better on its website than in real life. It is located in an absolutely fabulous neighbourhood (walking distance from the Campo di Fiori) so this is a major plus. The rooms are small and the bathrooms even smaller. We returned a couple of times at 4 pm to find our rooms had not been made up. Not... More

Stylish hotel in a fab location, Could walk just about everywhere. We were given a free room upgrade to an executive room for our 10th anniversary and given a free bottle of wine and some small Italian sweet treats. Breakfast was as good as most and all hotel staff were extremely courteous and polite. Slight downside was that the hotel... More

The welcome when we arrived was one of the best i've experienced in a long time - very thorough, warm and honest with a few freebies thrown in including an upgrade to an executive room. During the whole stay, the staff really couldn't have been better - always very helpful although it was a bit disappointing not to be able... More

i stayed in this hotel for one night only on February 17, 2015, and I have chosen this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. Personally I didn't like this hotel for the following reasons: 1- Room is very small and so is the bathroom. You can hardly move or find a place for your luggage. 2- Location is not that great.... I visit Rome quite often and I have stayed at the St. George before and had a good visit. This time not so good. The public areas are all very pleasant and check in was fine. The location is very good, so if you want a hotel in the historic centre with nice rooms then there are few better. The... More

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in February. The hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet side road in the city centre....easy to walk to all main attractions. Our room was nice but too small. It wasn't too important to me to have a wi fi in the room, but I have to say the internet connection... More

I was originally happy with the location and the service of the hotel ... Until the party started in the bar. My room turned into a discotheque. When I rang the lobby the answer was easy to understand. No. There's a party. Music will be loud until midnight. Tough luck. Next time I'll go to a hotel that offers a... More

Dear RikDD I am sorry for the inconvenience of Thursday night. Only during the month of February we have organized 4 events with food and music until midnight to liven up the hotel and offer something special to our guests to remember, who of course were all invited . I am sorry that the good intention was misinterpreted but believe... More

Stayed for 3 nights (6-9 Feb) Executive Suite - location is fantastic slap bang in the middle of everything, we really thought we had a winner here, room looked perfect. It was not cold but our room was! We cranked up the heating as high as we could get it but no difference. My wife decided to have a warm... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
