Stayed in September, 2012 for 4 days. Perfect location, very convenient to reach from any place of the city. Clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all necessary things. Good breakfast served in the room. Special thanks to hotel manager Claudia for being so helpful and friendly that we felt at the hotel as we are at home. Highly recommended to... More

Very close to Termini Station - 5 min walking. The owner (Claudia) is not reliable. Be careful and book something else. We booked this hotel (as all of our hotels for this trip) 2,5 months (!!!) before our travel to Italy through booking. The day before we check-in (while we were already traveling in Italy, with difficult access to the... More

It is a little bit difficult to find because the name isnt too big. The reception is in fourth floor and you have to get there. The apartment is very nice, it has A/C, TV, a balcony, mini refrigerator. The breakfast is included and just out the apartment you have cookies, candies and a coffee machine.

Immaculately clean and comfy. Delia is a few rooms on 4th floor behind a huge door and through courtyard. Claudia was so welcoming and brought breakfast each morning on tray to room. Central to Termini and close to lots of sites. All you need for a few days in Rome.

Delia Accommodation is a very nice bed & breakfast in Rome. Nice rooms with bathroom, comfortable beds, quiet and convenient location, clean and good breakfast served in the room. The service is very familiar and friendly. I will stay at Delia next time I’m in Rome, no doubt about that!

We spent one night at The Delia prior to embarking on a cruise. It really was a unique experience as we are more used to staying at a larger hotel. As previous reviewers have mentioned The Delia is not easy find. Access is via a large gateway into a courtyard. At the end of the courtyard is a door that... More

Great location, just down the street from Termini Station. Accommodations are on the 4th floor serviced by a very tiny elevator that barely fit two people and our bags, but once we arrived, we were greeted by Claudia - a wonderfully friendly and efficient hostess. Breakfast was included in the price, which we ordered each day and which was brought... More

The location was excellent. Central station was just minutes away. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Breakfast is served in your room, it is a typical basic Italian breakfast, cold croissant and cold coffee. The shower did not work well and if too much electricity is used at once the power goes off to the whole premsies. They state that they... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
