If you can get an appropriate accor sale price this can be quite a bargain hotel. However, it has no sound isolation between rooms or from the corridor; you'll find you're going to sleep to the sounds of partying teens and being woken by screaming babies, as the inclusion of a small kitchen in each apartment suits both types of... we stayed here for a week in the beginning of October. It is a nice hotel, not very new but easy to access as it is very close to the train station Balduina. The hotel was ok, the walls could use a new painting as some were dirty and with traces of dirty fingers. The rooms were cleaned daily and in... More

We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and stayed 6 nights. The hotel is very rundown and broken, the kitchen light didn't work and the cover of the PowerPoint fell off and was not fixed during our stay. The traps were loose and difficult to use. The shower was too small and in poor condition. While our room... More

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We wanted a hotel with free parking, rooms with balconies and internet wireless and here we found it. Next door to the train station Balduina, so very easy to get anywhere you want in Rome. Large room, large bathroom and large balcony, cleanliness everywhere, towels changed daily. Very noisy neighbors two nights... More

We needed a place with parking and this place has it. Big rooms but in some the air conditioning didn't work well at all. It is convenient to the train station and the restaurant next door is wonderful and reasonably priced; a good thing since there is no other place to eat nearby. The staff was not helpful or friendly.... More

I loved that we were next door to the train station balduina, and the restaurant next door (Caperri) was outstanding! Elevator was too small, and front desk staff were no too helpful (2 out of 3). Felt like we needed to speak Italian. The breakfast was pretty good and out room was large and clean. They are presently completing a... More

The good news was location, - right next door to Balduina train stop...so access from airport was not a problem, and travel to the Vatican was just a few train stops away. Further good news - rooms clean and breakfast sufficient and best news - Capperi Restaurant immediately next door was great - we ate there three times within one... More

On arrival we were told that there were no standard rooms left and so we were given a superior room. The room was clean and in good condition with a power shower with more options and buttons than we knew what to do with. The balcony was sunny into the evening and was in need of a good sweeping and... More

Sorry, but the ratings on this one were entirely off in my experience. Granted, you will always pay a bit more and get a bit less in a city like Rome. But during this trip I stayed at another hotel, and visited friends at a third. This was the worst value for money that I saw. The facility is old,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while attending a conference at Cavalieri and found everything to be average but perfectly acceptable. The room was kept clean, the internet was fast enough and breakfast was good. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that was very good value, I got back to the hotel at 8pm most... More
