When we arrived to check in to our room, someone had been smoking dope and it smelt all through the hotel. The owner and the receptionist were just leaving the hotel and was speaking to the receptionist who was doing the afternoon shift. I thought something fishy was going on as the owner and her morning receptionist did not greet... More

Location Location Location walking distance to all sights (with the exception of the Vatican) and right in the heart of the shopping. Large rooms with spacious bathroom (2 adults and 2 children slept comfortably). Breakfast area a small corner but food was acceptable - only need to have breakfast as superb restaurants all around. rooms were clean, staff friendly, small... More

We booked 4 nights in May in what was supposed to be a luxury apt or junior suite. We booked this hotel for its location. The location is great but after that forget it. We were shown to our suite and upon entering the box room with a wardrobe,, I kid you not. The bathroom looked ok with jacuzzi bath... More

In the hear of luxury in Rome, two blocks away from the sapanish square, the hotel is a very nice option to stay in Rome. Very clean, spacious rooms, with a reasonable price. It's dificult to find becouse there is no signs, just a very small plate in the entrance.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first was about 6 years ago (?) and it was WONDERFUL - right around when they just opened, the location is excellent and service was excellent. so we decided to stay here again on this trip.....but i am very sorry to say the hotel is not the same as before,... The location of this "hotel" (a renovated large apartment) is fab - close to lots of famous sights, shops and restaurants. The rooms, i.e. not the junior suites, are on the other side of the road, in a different building to reception and without reception, etc, and you need to ring a bell to be let in at night. Although... More

This place ended up being in a very convenient post of the city. Very easy to walk to most of the major sites and very close to a lot of good restaurants for when you're tired after a long day. For those who like a more lore key private lodging experience this is the place. Full service cleaning everyday and... More

If you are staying here, you are just two and three stores away from all big-named brands. not only that, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain are just in walking distance (short ones). The reception was nice and helpful, and breakfast was really convenient. The room isn't all that spacious though, but it was really nice and comfortable.
