Hi there This hotel offer perfect location and clean decent rooms. Staff is friendly and English spoken. No problem with reception, breakfast really good as for Italy. You book the time when you like to have a breakfast and then just open the doors in the morning and two nice member of staff is handle everything to you. Fruits, toast,... More

Very friendly atomospher and room service is excellent. Though room is small but very neat and clean. I suggest it for those who like a quite and calm surrounding in Roma. The hotel men are elligent and helpful. Breakfast is fine. It is also in a good locatuon. Bus service and all other interesting places are nearby. I'm looking forward... More

No breakfast room available, we had to eat the breakfast at our room. Instant coffee and instant orange juice, 2 small slices of old toast, 'fresh'croissant prefab from the supermarket. The shower head was brown from dirt! After my complaint they just replaced the entire head. Shower itself so small that you could only wash your hair when standing diagonal.... More

It is acceptably clean. I can't think of anything else at satisfactory level, though. Small room, small bathroom, noise in the corridor, no breakfast room, bad smell, only one person staff, no outside view, very high priced.

The hotel was ok, verry nice welcoming and service. Breakfast could be better. We rather prefered a breakfastroom whit tables, and fresh bread, orangejuice.

When we arrived at this hotel, the manager was not around and we had to wait 20mins in the hot uncomfortable reception area. When the manager finally arrived, he didn't have our booking and refused to call the supplier to make alternative arrangements for us despite showing him the confirmation voucher. When we expressed our dissatisfaction of his lack of... More
