When arriving at location that we had booked and paid for and rang doorbell no one answered. Called number listed on booking and was greeted by an italin lady who was trying to give me a different address. At first I thought I had been scammed as she wouldn't clearly spell out where I had to go. After 10 mins... More

We were sent to another place by the owner maybe which was very close to the metro and At. Peter's church. There was no body to attend us if we had any problem or wanted to ask any thing. The room was comfortable and the toilet had amenities.

The service at Vatican rooms was awful. The old lady does not speak english, and tries to get as much money from you as possible. Poor standard, poorly cleaned, bad service and no AC although requested.

Right before boarding our flight to Rome, we got informed that we would be staying in a room two minutes walk from the main B&B. This new place was not an enjoyable experience at all. The manager lady was very strict and barely said hello when you met her in the mornings. One of us had to stay at the... More

We had no trouble finding b&b because they had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport which cost 40 euros the taxi driver came with us to the door where three girls greeted us. We were then shown our room which was a cross from their reception desk. The room it's self was very small and the... More

Hotels in Rome can be very expensive and many are not what we have come to expect (facility wise) in England or the USA, Most places in Rome calling themselves hotels are actually converted apartments or Bed and breakfasts, where you're presented with keys to your door and the main door to the street and left alone....Unless you pay a... The room was ok though a bit small. Don't expect to find big signboard of the place but look at the small numbers and name on the door. We called and in 20 minutes the staff come and show the room and the key. They let people check out one hour late from 10am.the wifi connection was great. Walking distance... More
