Lovely landlord couple that likes to care about their guests like family. Very friendly and helpful information. Only five small but quiet rooms. Withe board in the kitchen for those who like to leave a message for the owners or other guests.

Stefania and Carlo are the best hosts we have encountered! Room was very clean, breakfast was very good and cappuccino was to die for! They even bought flowers for our anniversary!! I highly recommend this place and the location is excellent to see the Vatican or do shopping around Rome! Metro is 5 minutes walking.

Wife and I spend 11 days at the B&B. We walked the neighborhoods most nights, stopping at the numerous restaurants that you fine on the way to Vatican, and most all other atractions. We loved it, we had a wonderful time. The new owners have made our Trip one that we shall never forget.thank you Carlo & Stafanie

We had no trouble finding b&b because they had arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport which cost 40 euros the taxi driver came with us to the door where three girls greeted us. We were then shown our room which was a cross from their reception desk. The room it's self was very small and the... More

Hotels in Rome can be very expensive and many are not what we have come to expect (facility wise) in England or the USA, Most places in Rome calling themselves hotels are actually converted apartments or Bed and breakfasts, where you're presented with keys to your door and the main door to the street and left alone....Unless you pay a... The room was ok though a bit small. Don't expect to find big signboard of the place but look at the small numbers and name on the door. We called and in 20 minutes the staff come and show the room and the key. They let people check out one hour late from 10am.the wifi connection was great. Walking distance... More

The B&B was very hard to find, and when we did find it, we had to stand in the crowded street for half an hour because no one was there to open the door. Travelling with my parents and our 3 children, it was most distressing to find out that there was no breakfast even though we had paid for... More
