Person here wanted cash. I totally refused and left and slept rough in airport. I have to say this hotel wrecked our weekend. I would never stay... more

The Vatican Garden Inn was clean and the sleeping area spacious. The staff were always helpful and provided excellent tourist maps. Perfect location with the train only a couple of blocks away, and the Vatican only 5 or so blocks. If you have trouble sleeping, this is not the place for you, as the walls are thin, and you hear... more

We stayed for almost one week and booked one double rooms and one triple room. Our stay was okay but there were some major problems with the booking, compounded by the fact that the manager pretended that she was just another member of staff and so unable to help us. Intially we were placed into two triple rooms as the... more

The staff of this hotel booked 24 members of our family and the hotel only holds 15 people by Italian law. There were another 8 people staying there. After the second night of 4 adults crammed into a double room we found another hotel. We checked out and were forced to pay for the nights we did not stay there.... more

The location was great. Short walk to St. Peter's, a Metro stop, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms were very nice and extremely quiet. However, the staff seems a little disorganized. Although the buffet breakfast was posted to begin at 7:30, the few times our schedule dictated a 7:30 breakfast, it wasn't ready nor was anyone around to ask about it.... more

We contacted the property too via e mail to see if everithing was ok. They answered literally "Everything is ok with your booking", so nothing to be... more
