We had a wonderful and very welcoming stay in Aldebaran. Laura is an excellent and warm host who made our stay very comfortable, easy and enjoyable. The guesthouse is spotless and our room and the adjacent bathroom were perfect for our needs. Laura was very helpful in every way and assisted in planning out our 2 day stay in Rome.... More

The lovely Alderbaran B & B was easy to find and after a train ride from Florence and a short metro ride we were welcomed 'home' by the lovely Laura. She immediately made us comfortable and gave us a great overview of the city (as we were first time visitors), some transportation and safety tips, along with some recommendations for... More

Grazie mille to Laura for welcoming us into her beautiful bed & breakfast. After a month long of traveling it was a treat to stay in a marbled house, with tall ceilings, a walk in robe, en-suite bathroom and most importantly air-conditioning. Laura was helpful, recommending an excellent italian restaurant 'Meridionale' (best meal we had in Rome!) and providing maps/guidebooks.... More

We were there last autumn, it was a wonderful stay. The place is very clean and charming. Laura is very nice and she really cared of us just like a mother or an old family friend. The breakfast is very delicious and exhaustive. It was a calm and clean island in an overcrowded big city. We hope that Rumba is... More

I was traveling around Europe with my girlfriend and needed a last minute booking in Rome and found this gem. We only had 2 days and wanted to maximize our experience. First of all, the location is great. You can walk to the Colosseum in 20 minutes and the Metro is 5 minutes away if you want to go to... More

We had a wonderful stay in Aldebaran. Our room was large, comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom and a walk-in closet. The breakfast was very good, made for you at the time you chose. This B&B is also well located, near the central train station, and close to subway, tram and bus lines that take you to the city... More

There is little doubt that one's experience of a new city as a tourist is affected to a large extent by the people one meets and the place one stays at. I choose my words carefully when I say that we found Roma beautiful because our stay at Aldebaran was one of the most pleasant and satisfying ones we've ever... More

Following the other reviews we decided to book here for 3 nights, and it was really one of the best choice we made for our business+leisure travel in Rome. Laura, the owner, is simply what you can wish when you stay in a B&B: open, kind, extremely welcoming, rich of good suggestions (not many, but exactly what you need in... More
