This house (B&B) is the quietest hotel I have ever been in Rome. The interior design was great, with all that great furnitures. The colors of the walls, the carpets, the doors, the furnitures where very kindly and very helpful if you have headache. It was so delicious. All the things there were very clean. It is an ideal place... more

The caption says it all, it is a quote from a recent review - it just says it all. The only problem with such wonderful places is that it is very difficult to find rooms there. We imagine that in a few years it will either be booked months in advance or just much costlier than it is now. We... more

I think our only issue during our entire stay happened on our arrival. Granted, we were a little flustered after driving into Rome to drop off our rental car (NOT recommended to drop the car in city center, by the way.) We found our way to the gate of the house (B&B), on a quiet, residential street in an otherwise... more

We really enjoyed our stay here! Someone else wrote, you shouldn’t look any further but book this, and he was right. If you are looking for a familiar, cozy, small place with a very cordial host, it couldn’t be better. Not to mention the wonderful roof terrace! more

Laura was very helpful on arrival...providing us with a map and advice on a local restaurant and a superb gelateria just a few minutes walk from the B&B. We had an early departure the next morning and Laura was very kind to call us a taxi at 0515 and to wait until the taxi arrived and we were on our... more

This Bed ´n Breakfast was the most enjoyable experience I had for a while. Laura, who creates a familiar atmosphere and serves an unabtrusive luxury, supports you with planning your touristical trip, as well as makes a perfect cappucino in the morning. more

This is kinda backdated since we last stayed @ Aldebaran B&B in Apr'09. I had emailed for a 6 nights stay but unfortunately, we had missed our flight to Rome which resulted in us arriving 1 day later. Laura was gracious enough to charge us for the remaining 5 nights stays. (Excellent gesture!) Location is a 10-15 mins walk from... more

We've been stationed in Europe for 8 years now and have travelled extensively. We prefer B&B’s over hotels so we’ve seen them all, but Aldebaran has to be our favorite. It has everything you could possibly ask for. Perfect location in a quiet residential area, with bus and metro stops within two blocks. Tons of great non-touristy restaurants close by.... more

We just came back from Rome, where we spent three days at lovely Aldebaran with Salvatore and Laura... You can't ask for a better place. It is located in a very quiet street about 15 minutes from the Coliseum, and only 2 blocks from the closest metro station. Laura made sure we knew our way around, and spent a lot... more
