Location was great about 15 min walk from the Vatican. There are only 3 rooms. Ours was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was brought to our room by Irene who was charming and helpful.

The place seemed to have been refurbished recently. Our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with shower.
