The B&B was in a traditional Italian building, very clean, well presented & modern room. We were provided with toiletries, towels, hair dryer, safe, slippers, an iron, a mini bar & snacks. The bed is very comfortable, there was always hit water & the room was cosy and warm with french doors that could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast... More

If you want value for money, a great location and a wonderful breakfast served direct to your room then this is the place to be. The room had all mod cons and was lovely and bright. everything you need for your stay. Situated just 5 mins from the Vatican and St Peters, you were just far away from the crowds... More

The B&B is located on a pretty residential area with the metro and tram 19 just round the corner. Nice places to eat as well and walking distance from the Vatican. Nicoletta makes a king's breakfast ( 1 person's share is good enough for 2). Though breakfast is served at 8, Nicoletta had kept muffins, milk and fruits for us... More

The staff is helpful and nice. The room is clean and has just what you need. Every morning you get your breakfast in your room with more than you can eat. Perfect! The only thing I can complain about is that the bed was hard and if you're easily woken you should wear era plugs, cause the breakfast is prepared... More

Just got home from a lovely few days in Rome and a nice comfortable stay at this B&B. It is ideally located just a stones throw away from the Vatican and just outside the city centre meaning it is in a nice quiet location. There is a Metro stop with links to the city centre and all the sights about... More

We stayed for short vacation in Rome. Excellent location. Near to the Metro and Vatican. We liked the private breakfast with all the variety entered to our room… Very kind and helpful stuff. Nice decorated room - and all new!

We stayed at the Best Vatican for 5 days. Cost and location were the main considerations in making our choice and we were not disappointed. Located near the Metro, Prati district and the Vatican make Best Vatican an ideal location. The neighbourhood has decent places to eat, and across the street was a rather well stocked wine bar. We found... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
