Booked a month in advance through a booking website, got an email from the hotel asking when I was arriving, I chanced it and said we'd be in Rome mid morning and they sent an email saying they could accomodate us so we could drop our bags off in the room. Great start. Got to the hotel and check in... More

Coming off of a beautiful cruise ship into rome we had our bar set very high approaching this hotel and we were not disappointed. This ended up being the nicest stay of our trip due to the fantastic location as well as the room itself. The room looks very modern and clean with what looks like new renovations to the... More

We had an excellent three nights here. The hotel was spotlessly clean and wonderfully furnished, everything seems new. The hotel is somewhere between a hotel and a tiny apartment, with the front desk open until about 10pm (or everyone is checked in). There's no food service but each room had a small empty fridge we could fill with our own... More

Unlimited coffee. Ancient elevator has a nice charm. Modern bathroom with colorful lights. Friendly staff. Convenient location near Termini but be careful getting there the first time. It's walking distance but we took a taxi when we arrived and were cheated. If you take a taxi at termini be sure to know the approximate price and only use the official... More

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Room was a great size with a amazing bathroom. There was a group of 6 of us and we would stay there again should we return to Rome. To the staff thanks for helping us make this an amazing trip.

I was only going to give the hotel a "Very Good" (not Excellent) because the desk is not always staffed. Okay, but if you have read more than one review, you know that already, and I'm going to assume that isn't a problem for you. Because otherwise, I think it was excellent. Stayed one night in May (Room 106) and... More

I loved this hotel...period. It is located in a nondescript building right across the street from the Opera House and when you walk into the atrium area of the building you could just imagine living in a flat here and coming home from work each day to this place. Security in the building is good and you need a key... More

We stayed here for three nights for our wedding anniversary. Although not directly next to any of the major sights this hotel is still conveniently located five minutes from the Termini station. It took us no more than twenty mins to walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colloseum and Forum. We walked to some of the busier areas in... More

We spent a few days here, located in the 800 building in the heart of Rome. The room was spacious with a king size bed, the shower was superb and after a long day walking everywhere 30 minutes or so in the power shower you were fully recovered. Location was perfect is 5 minutes walk to the station although we... More

The Al Viminale Hill Inn is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the main rail station and two metro lines. The room was clean and surprisingly big for the middle of a major European city. The staff were helpful and kind, and were happy to print ticket receipts and boarding passes, and also helped book restaurants when... More
