The staff at the Residenza Ki were great throughout and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was larger and more modern than expected. Our room had two twin bed and actually had windows in both the bedroom and bathroom, which was lovely. The location couldn't be better. We were able to walk to most sites in... More

We stayed in Rome for 4 days with our 15 and 11 year old kids. The location is fantastic, very small street but once you get your bearings, you are 5 mins to Trevi fountain (shame it's under repair) , 10 mins to Spanish steps and not far from Via Nazionale and which is one of the less crazy shopping... Great place, awesome location, clean rooms, and quite (assuming you are on the 1st or 3rd floor). Not going to mistake it for the Ritz, or is a bit basic, but a good breakfast and good people and they speak English very well.

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Ki! I can't say enough about the service of Diego and Palmira! They were very welcoming and helpful , making it feel like home. The location was perfect- very safe! We walked everywhere around the city with the exception of the Vatican. (It isn't too far but we wanted to ride Metro for... More

This hotel is very very basic but clean and well located as handy to the Trevi Fountain. We stayed 2 nights. The reception is part time, closing at 6pm, but were English speaking and very helpful. Our room had air con and TV and a clean bathroom but hot water was only available one morning!! The breakfast was quite good... More

We stayed here a month ago with our 3 kids. The location is great and the staff is extremely nice. Diego is the best. The room that we got had a very small bathroom but it was fine. They put up a cot for my son without any extra charges. There is no elevator. The breakfast is OK. Near subway... More

I have to say that the staff is what makes this hotel special. From the warm welcome of Filippo to the great service of Palmira and the able assistance of Diego. Nothing is too small to be attended to. Kudos to the staff and thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! I would have given this 5 stars however during... More

We stayed as a family of 4 in June 2014 for 3 night's. Part of our euro vacation. Having read so many positives about this bnb I can attest that they are absolutely true. Palmira and Diogo were sincere, warm and helpful. The room was generous clean and on par with some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast... More

This is a late comment, since we had stayed at this hotel last year. However we do recommend this hotel. Even the location of the hotel is a reason to stay; 'cause you can walk to any must-see places very easily. There is only 5-minute walking distance to Fountain Trevi and 10-minute to Spanish Steps. You feel that you are... More
