The location was absolutely perfect, just 15/20 minutes walk from the Colosseum or the Vatican. The hosts were very friendly and helpful at all time, the breakfast very good and the room was cleaned everyday.

I am writing this review as I sit in Residenza Ki. This is a wonderful little hotel just a few minutes from both Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and the staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with huge choice of foods, tea or any coffee. We arrived early and Diogo the manager brought us upstairs... More

Great location in the heart of Rome, very near to Trevi fountain and Spanish stairs. We stayed 2 nights for Christmas and were able to reach everything within city center by foot. Also very kind and helpful staff. They gave us maps and directions although it wasn't our first visit in Rome. Good rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast was lovely with... More

Short walk from Termini train station, Barberini metro station and Trevi Fountain. We found good restaurants and take-out baguette nearby and were able to pick up a few groceries just steps away. This is a four-story walk-up, nothing fancy but adequate and well priced. There is no lift and no 24 hour concierge, however they happily carried our luggage up... More

Booked directly & asked for a triple room on 1st or 2nd floor after reading no lift on TA. We stayed in a well sized room on 2nd floor which opened on to breakfast room. This was quite convenient because we could keep a lookout for when a table became free. Comfortable beds, ensuite shower room. The shower cubicle itself... More

It was a great stay in Residenza Ki! The receptionists are extremely friendly, the room was nice (I booked a single room and a twin, both was with double beds, but it was okay). The breakfast is also great, the area is a bit small, but more familiar :) The place is close to everything in Rome, I can just... More

It is well situated and easily accessible. The room are really nice and cosy. We were in a triple room with bathroom amenities and the space was well enough. Breakfast was given on the same floor and has a rather good variety of food offered. Also surrounding area is really nice with a large choice of restaurants for dinner..The receptionist was... More

You don't go there if you look for a luxury place, but its convenient if you want to be near the city centre and be treated correctly. The guy in charge of the reception is friendly, as are the cook who serve you the breakfast. This latter is not huge, but sufficient. Good place for moderate budgets.

The rooms are really nice and cozy. They have their own air conditioner, mini fridge, TV with cable television and free wi-fi connection. The personal is the best part of the hotel. Very pleasant people. Really helpful. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
