This was one of many hotels me and my partner stayed in during our time traveling around Italy. The staff were very helpful and polite and even helped us order a takeaway (on our lazy days). The staff would help us with directions and even aided us plot locations on our maps. The only cons about this hotel are that... More

My friend and I travelled to Rome this summer for the sightseeing and stayed here for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the stay; the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We were a short walk from Bologna metro station and chose to travel by metro for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was very good value for money with... More

This hotel is situated in a very quite part of Bologna with the town centre about 10 minutes easy walk from the Metro. What could turn people off this Hotel, is that there is no elevator, so bags have to be carried to where ever your room might be. The Hotel is monitored 24/7 and the reception staff are very... Not easy to find, but information centre outside Rome termini train station fab - directed us to bus numbers 90, 60 or 310, which take you along the larger roads, Nomentana and April XXI, then a walk down the smaller roads to the hotel. - Be careful when walking, uneven paths! Buy bus tickets before from a tobacconist (Tabacchi) for... More

Was told it was in the city centre. It's not. Saying this is city centre is like saying Lewisham is London city centre. Got a taxi from the train station, the taxi driver had never heard of it. Used the sat nav with the post card and it was still the case we only stumbled on it. You have to... More

We got here by taxi from Tiburtina Station. It took a few minutes by taxi to get here. However the taxi man had ever heard of the places. NO ONE HAD! So it seemed weird straight away. When we go there upon arrival it all seemed great! Clean and tidy, nice decor and very friendly and helpful staff. He showed... More

Our room was in some kind of annex/not in the hotel. This room did not have a safe, not place to put your suitcase etc. We were not happy with this room! But I have to admit, when we complained, the team of Osimar reacted very fast and moved us to a room in the hotel. we appreciated this a... More

Osimar is a nice hotel in a residential area in Rome. Relative small and a 15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Bologna). No elevator and therefore not so practical if you have young children (and strollers). But the staff is very kind (although don't take the restaurant recomendation of La Pergola!). The hotel is clean and modern decorated... More

Just a few minutes walk from the Bologna Metro station (Line B) and just around the corner from Momart Cafe a small little restaurant with a brilliant buffet. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful as far as they could. Rooms was always clean and neat. Breakfast was good, buy not a very big selection. Was extremely difficult to find at... More

Got this hotel as a Piazza Bologna area hotel from hotwire. Connection from FCO is fairly easy. Just take the FL1 train to Tiburtina and then a taxi just outside the train station. Stayed for 3 nights in a Quadruple room. The gentleman at the reception was very nice and helped us in getting luggage to the room since the... More
