Wonderful little place just a few minutes walk from the colosseum. The owners was Francesco and Diana and both were amazing during our stay. Francesco was particularly enthusiastic about the city and gave us loads of advice and information that was invaluable to our stay. He helped us see a part of Rome we would've normally missed.

This b&b couldn't be better! Staff: When we first arrived we was welcomed by a man called francesco, he welcomed us and explained the layout of the b&b. He then gave us a map on that map he circled many places we should go to see and explained how to get to them. His knowledge was amazing and due to... More

Very nice B&B in an excellent location just 5 minutes stroll from the Coloseum and Santa Maggiore church. The owners are lovely people very welcoming and very informative. We stayed in the Acqua room which is an unusual shape at the front of the building, nicely decorated with a comfortable double bed, tea and coffee making facilities, enough storage for... More

Duomo Diana offers a convenient B&B for those traveling by train as it is in walking distance of Rome Centrale. For us, it was also close to where Bike Italy is based and since we did 2 of their rides, this worked great. It was a quick 5 minute walk. As other reviews mentioned, it is also very close to... My friend and I just came back from our vacation in Rome during which we were staying at B&B Domus Diana. it was truly an amazing experience and we very much enjoyed ourselves. From the first moment everyone at the hotel treated us like a family, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our vacation... More

Nice place, near to the most important places and the metro station. Absolutely clean rooms, nice services from Diana. I strongly recommend this b and b. Safe region, only 5 minutes from Colliseum and Termini.

We stayed here while in Rome for 5 nights last month. The quaint little place is very clean and modern looking compared to many other B&B's in Rome. Our reception from Fransisco was wonderful. He gave us an overview of Rome and a suggested itinerary/history lesson. He was super kind and thourough! Diana was also very friendly and helpful during... More

What can be said about Domus Diana? It's exceptionally friendly, exceptionally clean, in an excellent position. Look for the huge wooden double doors by the restaurant (which we don't recommend!). Diana is amazing (happy birthday and thanks for the lush croissants). Francisco is just so knowledgeable and will spend ages telling you where the best places to visit are. He... More

Me and my girlfriend visited rome and this hotel is very small and cozy. Nice clean rooms but very thin walls so you could hear when your neighboors talked. Fransesco is working in the reception and he gives you all info about rome that you need. Free coffee and croissant in the morning. Close to colusseum and the centre of... More

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
