We had a great family city break in Rome staying in this spacious apartment in the Prati district of Rome. We booked through our local travel agent and it was reasonably priced. We had a very shaky start to our holiday because when we arrived at the apartment block no one answered the door bell to the apartment or the... More

It's a very nice cozy bed and breakfast...we stayed in the blue room.the decor was really warm and inviting..feels like you're staying over you're aunt's home for a vacation. The rate that we had was really good considering the close proximity to the vatican and to restaurants and the train. Every morning we get our breakfast cart outside our room... More

OK, space is very limited if you compare with hotel rooms in the US. But the room was very nice and comfortable, as well as the restroom. All clean, and the owner received me very well. You are really less than 10 blocks from the Vatican, 2 blocks from the subway. The only downfalls are that there might be some... More

My son and I enjoyed this property's location very much. We had quick access to food, shops, dining and a wonderful apartment hostess. The apartment is clean, updated and complete with a full kitchen and private bathroom. We would highly recommend staying here and there is enough room for 5 people to stay with a comfortable amount of space for... More

Beautiful very large apartment with full kitchen, beautifully decorated in the best location. Truly a home away from home. Alessandra is the wonderful and kind owner who has lots of suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing etc. We felt like we lived in Rome and were not just tourists. The location is amazing, a few blocks from the Vatican, 2 blocks from... More

We stayed at Prati B&B at the beginning of July 2014. Overall it's very well located - about a 15 min walk from the St. Peter's and a 5 min walk to the metro station. there are some very nice bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment itself is very spacious and has 3 large bedrooms that offer good... More

My wife, son, daughter, and I stayed in the apartment for 3 nights in June 2014 after a cruise. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. It is a 5 minute walk to the Metro station, and a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Many restaurants are close by, and grocery store is about... More

We stayed in the B&B and it was great. Alessandra greeted us and made us very welcome. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was promptly served daily at 8am, left outside your door for your convenience. Excellent location for Vatican City and underground. A 30 minute stroll to other sights such as Trevi Fountain and Colosseum.

Convenient to Vatican, Metro and near-by restaurants and supermarkets. Clean, roomy, and well-furnished. Contrary to write-up, breakfast is NOT INCLUDED for the apartment rental. Elevator is very tiny. Otherwise, it's a good place to stay.

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
