Awesome - this was our second stop on a family european vacation. Paolo met us at the door and helped us moved our luggage upstairs via the small lift and helped settle us into the room. I highly recommend this place. I was there for my honeymoon and it was perfect. The staff is very competent, the location perfect and the service outstanding.
