I can add little to what has been said about Carlo and Mary by everyone else. Incredibly helpful and proud of Rome and they seem genuinely pleased when you discuss where you have been and what you have seen. Thanks to the reviews on TripAdvisor, we chose the Welrome for the start of our holiday in Italy. It was everything we had hoped for.
