The place is great, well located, near Termini station but not in the "ugly" part of Termini, right in front Santa Maria Maggiore. Access from/to airport is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions, buses from city centre... The flat is perfectly clean, rooms are big and new, and there is a nice kitchen-living space. WIFI works everywhere, also in... More

Being my first visit to Rome I was apprehensive as to exactly how central Enjoy B & B exactly was. I have limited mobility and was worried about how accessible the B&B would be. There is a lift, although you do have to manage about eight stairs to get to it, but after that the lift is fine. Dante was... More

Good location, easy access to termini station and bus network. The place is nicely decorated, calm, clean and staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. We felt like home. Wifi is for free of charge, however the signal is was not always very strong in the room. The entrance is not very obvious, but could be easily located.

Having had numerous accommodation options for our trip to Rome, we read the reviews for Enjoy we decided to opt for the B&B style rather than a "hotel" and boy this place is a real winner. Initially a little tricky to find as the entrance is not obvious, it didn't take long to find the buzzer and we were given... More

Enjoy was recommended to us and we tried it, and am I glad we did. From the moment we arrives and rang the bell, Dante answered by calling me by name. He came down and helped us with out bags and got us settled quickly. The room was large enough for us and all our luggage. It was spotless and... More

I have gone 6 times in Rome, and i think, only once was happy by the value for price. Staying in Rome is quite expensive. For 100 euros per night i had visited some quite good and quite bad hotels. This time, i decided to spend 150/night. The location was very good. Closed to termini, you can go on foot.... More

I had a most enjoyable stay for 5 nights at Enjoy B&B in mid-November. It is only a 5 mins walk from Termini. BTW, if you get the bus in from Ciampino, walk through the station to the Main Entrance and then out to the left. Google Maps on my iPhone took me to Via Farina (next street). It was... More

This is a great super clean BNB in the heart of Rome. Right at the Santa Marie Marggiore,a block off Via Cavor, Blocks from the Pantheon, colosseum and 2 blocks from Termini Station, where you have access to any where in Europe My favorite place to stay in Rome, Ive been 3 times and will stay here when I return... I stayed for 5 days at Enjoy B&B in Rome and it was a very pleasant and convenient stay. The hotel is well located, the room is clean and modern and the staff is kind. Just the breakfast could have more fruits. I could definetely stay there again.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
