My family and I stayed here for a few days in November. First the b&b is very centrally located. It is maybe a five minute walk from the terminal station. The place itself is beautiful. There are five individual rooms that can fit one to four people. Dante who manages the b&b met us and helped us to our rooms.... More

A little hard to find in the rain but the warm welcome from Dante our host was worth it. Quite convenient to Rome central station and other attractions. A nice modern apartment, clean, well appointed and comfortable. Dante was a very attentive host and made us feel very welcomed, helped us with a great restaurant and tips of how to... More

Convinient Location, 6 or 7 minutes' walk from the Termini Station, 15 minutes' walk to Colloseo, a nearby supermarket, litterarily neighbouring Bascillica Santa Maria Maggiore. Staff's nice. A Philippino guy named Dante, he's warm-hearted and helpful. It's a suite on the 2nd (excluding the ground piano) floor of a quite elderly building (even equipped with an antique elevator). Each (small)... More

We normally do not stay at bed and breakfasts but we decided that the location and price were right so we booked it. From the outside, it looks like any other part of Rome, but once inside the rooms are spacious and charming. The glass enclosed bathroom was very modern and trendy. We enjoyed a substantial breakfast and the Manager... More

A city centre b and b offering well priced, large clean rooms in an excellent location with a good continental breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We were four women each staying as a single in a double room but I would happily stay as a couple as the rooms and the bed are large and comfortable. A little Spartan in... More

We spent two nights in a family room for 4. The room and bathroom were better than in any other hotel we stayed in in Italy. It was quiet, the airconditioning worked perfectly, it was clean and both Maria and Dante were simply great. We want to thank them for their help, advice, and good sense of humour. Next time... This B&B is truly a gem - we could experience what an old Rome buildling was like (with the tall wooden door, courtyard and old but effective lift) yet enjoying an absolutely modern interior in the pantry and the room. Everything was clean and neat. Good AC. Breakfast served by staff. Dante was nice introducing how to walk to different... More

We went to this B&B after being cheated out of our lodging and money by an unethical place (long story), so suffice to say, we weren't in good moods and almost ready to return to the USA early. Enjoy B&B changed all that. This is a lovely building on a the nice side of Termini. But the real gem here... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
