Located about 1.5 hours outside of the city with a metro, train and bus ride. it's not for your "Type A" traveler, but for the most laid back traveler. The hotel is at the top of the hill at the turn around point just across from the church (take the driveway to the left or right of the house in... More

We felt like being in a romantic old Roman village. The hotel is situated on a small hilltop that looks very historic, next to a castle that is occupied by residents. There really are no stores or eateries nearby. Walking the narrow roads was scary due to lots of blind corners and little cars zooming by. Bus 32 stops there... More

This was such a nice place to stay! This hotel is very comfy and has a homey feel to it. We stayed here December 2011, and it was such a nice place to come back to after an exhausting day in Rome. Ease of transportation to and from the hotel was relatively accessible and the surrounding area is very beautiful... More

A quick business trip sent me to Rome Italy. I stay for one night (wish it could have been a week) at the Tempio di Apollo Hotel. The room was an amazing $63.00 for the night and included a very nice breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and the bathroom so clean it shined. There was very little... More

We stayed at Tempio di Apollo for 1 night, the night before we flew out of Fiumicino. We had been driving around Tuscany for a week and a half a needed somewhere close to Rome with free parking and a reasonable price for a quick sleep and then early rise for our flight the next day. The hotel was very... More

Peace and tranquillity after the chaos of Rome sightseeing. The medieval village is charming, as is the 14th century church with frescoes - perfect. I loved my room on the first floor with balcony and a marvellous view of the castle. Rural Italy at its best and on the very verge of the Vejo national park. If you want trips... More

The Tampio di Apollo hotel is a great hotel. The rooms were spottless. The service was graet and unusual. What ever we asked for we got. They even let us use their fridge for free. The location is a bit far from the center but is very beautiful. They give you clear and exact directions to get to the center.

we had a week in Rome in order to go sightseeing. Deliberately chose hotel in the outskirts in order to relax after big city and overwhelming emotions that it gave us. Tempio di Apollo is an ideal place if you look for quiet place, wonderful nature, views and want to be close to local life and traditions. Each morning we... More
