Interesting experience to say the very least. I recently stayed in the hotel for an 8 night stay and had a few surprises involved in our stay. For one, the no visitor policy after 5pm was shocking and we had no idea of this rule prior otherwise we would have stayed in a hostel. The hotel staff was upset when... More

We visited this hotel in August 2014 and we were really pleased. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Termini Station and on arrival we were promptly checked in ( not lugging cases all over rome! ). We thought that the room size was fairly large in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in across Europe. The... More

This hotel is a perfect base from which to explore Rome. Republica Metro nearby and the Forum and Coliseum easy walking distance. Also close to Termini Central Station with a direct fast link to Fiumicino Airport. The rooms are spotlessly clean and air-conditioned. I had booked some short tours and the staff kindly let me leave my luggage there for... More

When we arrived, the receptionist was very grumpy, but the staff was very serviceminded the rest of our stay. The first morning, there was no place to seat for breakfast, so we went out to buy one. Our room was cleaned every day, and all in all, good value for the money. They didn't fill up with shower shampoo when... More

Had booked 2 rooms for my family & I and we weren't disappointed. Located near great restaurants, shops and hop on hop off bus tours, a great way to see Rome. Continental breakfast was provided our family a great start to a busy day of sight seeing and shopping. Rooms were cleaning & comfortable.

The staff are lovely, location great, good continental breakfast, fresh pastries and coffee every morning. Room are clean and in good order, shower could have been a bit better and beds in our room were very hard, I would have preferred a softer mattress. We were out of season and quite hot, it wasn't a problem for the staff to... More

Hotel Centro, as the name says this hotel is right smack in the middle located in a via firenze a side-street from Via Nazzionale which is one of Rome's major roads, Just a block (or two) away from the Metro station (Reppublica). The staff at reception is very friendly and helped us immediately when we asked for extra cushions and... More

I returned after some tome to the Centro. It is close to the station, public transport and plenty of restaurants. The staff are very helpful and speech fluent English. The breakfast is fine and they will make fresh coffee if asked. On the down side the beds were hard and the hotel could do with a refurb. All said I would... More

It may be an old 3 star Hotel, but that is made up for with the friendliness of all the staff and its location. Ten minutes from the main train station and close to most bus routes. Very clean room and good bathroom. Breakfast was good, with fresh coffee if you ask. Our shower hose broke the first morning, but... More

The room we got was very small and somewhat worn out, one of the doors of the shower was attached to the wall with plastic tape. It was clean though and quiet, and we really enjoyed the breakfast with nice bread, fresh cappucino and juice. The only power plug we could find was in the bathroom and one just next... More
