Stayed here for three nights at the end of August 2014. The room was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and nice shower room. It is really only about 7 or 8 minutes walk to St Peter's square so you could not really be in a better location at all. Only downside was the fact it is a bit noisy... More

We spent our last 4 days of our Italian adventure in Rome. It is not always easy finding accommodation for 4. The Borgo Pio was perfect for our family: 2 spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. It is a 4 minute walk to the Vatican - 20 min to the Spanish steps. The hotel is tucked away from the business... More

We spent 4 nights at this residence in a 3 rooms apartment (we were 5 adults and 1 child) and it was a great choice. The rooms are very clean, spacious, the area is quiet and with easy access to Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants, mini-markets in the area. Bus stations and metro close to the location. The staff... More

Situated in a lovely quiet area yet very close to the Vatican. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful. Lovely restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment (see other reviews) and the hop on hop off bus stop was also close. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful base from which to explore Rome. Fantastic accommodation, clean, comfortable and spacious. Our apartment on the top floor (B18) had fab balcony view of rooftops and St Peter's Dome, breathtaking by night! The Vatican and St Peter's Square is on the doorstep and Piazza Navona (amazing restaurant dining in evening, and people watching) and the Pantheon just around... More

Really spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful. Location was great as there were no crowds and very near the St Peters Catheral... just a few minutes walk. They have all the things we needed for our stay.. the kitchen was equipped with basic things... pots and pans ... cutleries.. There also a convenient shop just around the corner. This... More

The location is really excellent! It's situated in a very quite area where ther are no crowds of tourists but at the same time you can reach everything on foot: it's just 5 min from the Vatican or St Angelo Castle, just 15 min from the Metro station. A very good supermarket is also just 3 min from the hotel!... More

A very comfortable three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a little kitchen which was helpful if you didn't want to go out for tea. With plenty of restaurants only around the corner and very good with the prices the staff are very helpful and speak English which is always a bonus. With the Vatican and the Castle only a ten... More

Trianon Borgo Pio is located just 10 minutes from the Vatican and 20 minutes from a metro station. We were able to reach all of the sites by Metro, within 30 minutes, and it just 1.5 Euros per trip, which is cheaper than the bus at home in. But, if you were up for a walk, you could reach the... After a long online search I found this wonderful apartment hotel in Rome. As well as being fantastic value (in a city that is extremely expensive), we could not have been more pleased with the standard of accommodation, size, comfort or location. A beautiful 5th floor apartment with terrace - simply amazing. Loads of affordable, welcoming restaurants on the doorstep,... More
