Me and my cousin stayed here for 5 nights from the 16th of January 2015 and we loved our stay at this hotel. We booked a double room and got given a double bed and an extra single bed as that is what we requested. Finding it wasn't that easy as it had scaffolding in front and was amidst 3... More

The hotel is within walking distance from Termini and Reppublica. There is a restaurant right across the street and also a few more just down the road. Our room was quite bare and did not look like the rooms on the website at all. The bathroom was small with no space to put your things, but was clean. The children's... More

We stayed there for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast very generous. The room was cleaned regularly. The airco nditioning was working well. We had a nice view on the street. iWe had a great stay.

First impressions: I rang the hotel to arrange airport transfer from Fiumicino and this was arranged at a reasonable price and promptly without problems. A member of hotel staff picked us up from the airport. He was really friendly and took us straight to the hotel. The hotel is actually located on only one floor. The building has a different... The hotel was actually somehow better than what we expected. There was air conditioning even if there was none on the description when we booked. The towels were changed daily I tend to believe and the bed was always made when we returned (though I think they changed the sheets only once in our five nights stay). The floor didn't... More

Hotel Sallustio in Rome, Italy is good budget hotel for the price. I usually stay at Hotel Alius for the location, but Hotel Sallustio works well for me if I can't get a room there. Hotel Sallustio is away from the city center, as it's located in the north-east side of Rome (more residential). Expect to add another 10-20 minutes... More

To find the place, mid 2014 just look for the one building with scaffolding all over it. Reception is on ground floor despite sign saying 3rd floor. Our stay started well with a really helpful guy pointing out on a map everything the regular tourists want to see and walking times to most being within 30 mins and much to... More

This hotel is a combination of four hotels. We stayed on the 6th floor. The room was clean and well kept, but it did not have enough lighting. The bathroom light was very dark. The elevator very small and uncertain. It rose to the 6th floor when it felt like it. The neighborhood is in a business district, so evening... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
