I don't have anywhere to compare to in Rome but it has been a great stay after a month in Europe. Close enough to walk to from TERMINI (if you're feeling energetic or adventurous) if not there's a metro near by to take to/from termini. Monica is great very knowledgeable and she helps you plan your stay! FOOD places in... More

Five stars are just not enough. Night and Day is centrally located: a five-minute walk from Piazza Barberini (and the metro station), five minutes from the Trevi Fountain and about 10 minutes from the Spanish Steps. The area is quiet at night and felt safe, which was important to me as a female travelling solo. The lovely Monica did everything... More

As a student, everything I could have possibly wanted was at this hotel! The location was perfect- 5 minutes walking from the Trevi fountain, 8 from the Pantheon, 10 from the Piazza Novano, 8 from the Spanish steps and the Piazza Popolo- you get the point. The included breakfast was a scrumptious assortment of pastries, the bed was comfortable, the... More

Everything everyone said about Monica is true. She is a fantastic host who really makes you feel welcome. She's also hilarious! When I arrived, she had three maps of Rome for me: one with restaurant recommendations, one with tourist destinations, and one extra one. She labeled everything on the maps with little stickies. My room was very quiet and comfortable.... More

Nice bed, bathroom and cleanliness. It's very near to Fontana di Trevi and Barberini station, as well as Pallazzo Barberini, where you can enjoy an excellent and small museum. Caravvaggio's Narciso is a must-see masterpiece and it is right there. Other curiosity: a WWII battle took place at the same street of the B&B and the holes can still be... More

I stayed here with a friend in the first week of October. We stayed for 6 nights. I think this hotel is one of the nicest I've ever visited. It made our stay in Rome perfect. Both the hotel and the host were lovely. The room itself was really nice, alot nicer than I would have expected to get anywhere... More

Staying at Night and Day was wonderful. You will not find a better host than Monica. She will wait for you, ready with a map with good restaurants and things to do in Rome. She will do everything to make your stay great. The rooms are clean and spacious. Same goes for the bathrooms. Breakfast is at a cafe around... More

A friend and I spent the first three nights of our Italian vacation here and it was great. We arrived a few hours apart and Monica was available to meet us at separate times, no problem. She gave us great directions to find the place and had two maps waiting for our arrival. One pre-made w/ little post-its indicating great,... More

I stayed at night and day for 3 nights with a group of friends and we all really enjoyed it. The owner Monica was extremely helpful, she put together an amazing map for us with notes/tips on sights, restaurants and transport. The place is clean and friendly and in a great location, walking distance from most sights and right near... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights on our trip in June. Monica was a pleasure to communicate with via email when booking and thereafter. Upon arrival she provided us with a completely annotated map of where to eat, what to see, where to get the best gelato, bus routes, etc. The hostel was both clean and comfortable,... More
