Flawless boutique hotel. We only had two nights here at the end of six weeks of travel, but it was by far the nicest hotel we stayed at in that time. We had a quiet and beautifully furnished 'romantic room' on the third floor with the most comfortable bed! It was hard to believe we were in the centre of... More

The hotel it's in a very convenient area in the city center, on a small quiet street surrounded by trees and flowers but as soon as you turned around the corner you were on a main boulevard full taxis and buses etc. Our suite had a nice view to a small park with tress, benches and statues. The room was... More

We had a really great stay in the Garden Suite. It gave us nice extra space for a family of five and was in a perfect location. The complimentary mini-bar and breakfast were really nice amenities, especially for a family vacation. We found the service to be excellent. They helped us book our restaurants, tours, and transfers and did so... More

Stayed here with my wife in early July 2015. Beautifully decorated large public rooms with fully stocked free bar. Lovely quiet courtyard for breakfast or late afternoon, evening drink. Rooms themselves are large with windows that open fully. Very clean, well furnished and all modern conveniences. .Standard fare ( for Rome) for breakfast. Service good. Hotel ( about 15 rooms... This was luxury of a type we rarely experience. Everything is just right: the rooms large, comfortable and clean. Quiet refuge in the busy city. The staff is extremely attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of our arrival, we enjoyed a free wine tasting of the wines from the owner's vineyard. We enjoyed them enough to purchase a half... More

BEAUTIFUL hotel with great support staff that was very helpful during our two night stay. The hotel and room was elegant with newer technology in place. The bathroom was huge, bigger than any bathroom Ive seen in all of Europe. Everything in the mini bar was at no cost. Breakfast was perfect and the location is in walking distance to... More

We loved our stay at Villa Spalletti. Our bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and well appointed. The staff were excellent, arranging cars, recommending restaurants etc. The gardens were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. An open bar each night in the downstairs rooms and wine and cheese tasting on a Friday night were a good way to meet other guests.... More

An unique historic residence offering exceptional service and a good location to match . Why 5 stars: Simple, the place delivers on its promises , a homely feeling in a opulent setting . Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
