BEAUTIFUL hotel with great support staff that was very helpful during our two night stay. The hotel and room was elegant with newer technology in place. The bathroom was huge, bigger than any bathroom Ive seen in all of Europe. Everything in the mini bar was at no cost. Breakfast was perfect and the location is in walking distance to... More

We loved our stay at Villa Spalletti. Our bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and well appointed. The staff were excellent, arranging cars, recommending restaurants etc. The gardens were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. An open bar each night in the downstairs rooms and wine and cheese tasting on a Friday night were a good way to meet other guests.... More

Wow is all I can say, WOW!! Yes I paid a higher price but we received memories to last a lifetime. Pros-- Staff, The staff would ask to assist us each time we left and returned to the Villa. We received the best personal concierge service I have ever experienced. Every question was answered and great directions were dispensed. Room... More

An unique historic residence offering exceptional service and a good location to match . Why 5 stars: Simple, the place delivers on its promises , a homely feeling in a opulent setting . Here you really fell like the owner of this glorious house and with so much inclusion in the price the total rate is not as heavy as... More

Staying at Villa Spalletti was an unforgettable experience. The hotel staff was oustanding...your every need was taken care of (dinner reservations, transportation, food, drinks) without even asking. The gardens are beautiful and the hotel rooms and common areas are specatular. Staying here was an experience that we will never forget!

This Hotel is clearly a gem. There are only 12 rooms in the hotel and it is as if you are staying at a private home as you see so very little people around the hotel. The staff is almost at a 1:1 ratio of staff to guests and the service is impeccable. The hotel is tucked away in a... More

Dear team, My husband and I just returned from what was simply an absolutely wonderful and completely unforgettable long weekend break with you at Villa Spalletti. The break was to celebrate my 40th birthday and had been planned by my husband over a long period of time as a surprise for me ; as such he had high hopes for... More

My wife and I and our two kids (ages 16 and 10) spent 4 fantastic nights here over spring break. We had two beautiful adjoining rooms in the main building, but the real draw here is the common spaces. Every morning, we lingered over breakfast in the garden oasis, and every evening, we came back and sat in one of... More

Very large villa converted into a hotel. Beautifully appointed in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Excellent staff/service. Buffet breakfast is outstanding. Good location on a quite side street. Not very far from the Spanish steps.

Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
