Only book if you have hired a car. Hotel is a 25 Euro taxi ride fron Colosseum and +50 Euro from FCO airport. Prenestina is not a very nice area at all. I stayed here with my wife to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is smart and functional but lacks any soul. Its definitely a business hotel and is situated miles from the centre of Rome. You'll need a car to stay here. Breakfast was average.
