Stayed here in April 2013 and found the hotel excellent the staff cannot do enough for you and the hotel is extremely clean, the room was a good size with good bathroom facilities, breakfast was superb for a buffet style, the hotel is located next to the Termini central station for the rail/ underground and bus services. Hotel nice and central next to rail/bus terminal. Would say 3 star . staff pleasant and helpful. Girl who oversees breakfast was exceptionally good at her job...very pleasant and efficient. 5 stars for her!!!! Room (108) was lovely .....but beware red ants outside windows!!! Though twice reported were dealt with 2nd time.
