Folks, we're speechless. Small room, even by Italian standards, windows opening into a courtyard. You have the pleasure of hearing neighbours' TVs and other noises that echo through the courtyard into your own room, along with doors slamming, bottles being dropped into a garbage/recycling area, etc, etc. Even at E 100/night it felt like the rip off of the century.... Really pleasant stay in my favorite Roman neighborhood--Trastevere! Live like a local but you're still close enough walking distance to the river and across to the rest of Rome. We stayed in the suite, which was super spacious--huge kitchen, large bath. Clean and cute, with a vaguely Eastern kind of decor. Proprietors brought coffee and breakfast each morning. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant experience. Location is excellent in Trastevere. Close to a big road with tram and buses, but we walked pretty much everywhere (Vatican, Trevi, etc). The location of this B&B is fantastic - in Trastevere which is a quiet, vibrant neighbourhood filled with beautiful restaurants.
